Parnell Walker is the only one who touches my hair! He has been cutting my curly hair for about 30 years, and he knows how to make the most of it. Don’t know what I’d do without Parnell. The staff and other customers are always nice. Highly recommend Parnell Walker at Legends.

Nearly 10 years ago my best friend recommended that check out this place. Years later I am still going and hair stylistic Joannes does phenomenal job at styling my hair.
Granted the interior décor is not all fancied up like the high in salons I’ve seen around town but all of the stylists are nice, they make it a point to speak to every customer that walks through the door and they work specifically with real hair!
Legend’s in one of Sacramento’s best hair salons!
