Nice people work there, it’s always clean and the washers are newer and work really well. Convenient parking, never too crowded and free wi-​fi.
My husband and I are regulars here. We drive a little further just to come here.
Highly recommend.

Some of the machines don’t work but I was told they aren’t allowed to put out of order signs because sometimes they could work. Terrible disservice to people wanting to get in and get out!

Ive gone here a few times to wash my pets’ blanketsand there’s usually 2 regular workers (males) there. Very nice, professional, friendly and helpful. Well today I ran into this female worker who Ive never saw before. Sitting there watching her soaps. No hello or anything which is fine. When i commented that one of the washers wasnt dispensing the soap like the other (sams machine same cycle starting at the same time) she argued with me and said «well it looks like its spinning and working, dont know what to tell you». All i wanted her to know was that it wasnt working like the other machine and to acknowledge and maybe report back to her manager. Anywys to make a long story short i didnt like her lack of customer service and obviously she doesnt listen AT ALL to anything i had to say. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! And i will tell all those (which seems like not many) to not go here either. Ill drive further if i have to. RIDICULOUS! Management: you better choose your staff wiser or else you’ll lose business.

Each time I’ve gone here I’m usually down to my last pair of pants or top, so I have tons to wash. The facility is clean and I haven’t had a problem with defective machines or dryers that don’t dry. Patty keeps the place in order and is really friendly. They also have fluff in fold service. I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m lazy enough, so I know I will soon.
