Krush Burger Food Truck

We ate off this truck during music in the park at Cesar Chavez plaza, the salmon burgers are so good, I miss them and it is one of my favorite foods in Sacramento, I gotta find that truck!

I don’t think it’s possible for Krush burger to ever disappoint ! Their beef is high quality! Actually, everything is high quality and it definitely shows when you take a bite !
I tried the salmon blt today. Not sure if it’s a new menu item but I’ve never seen it before. It was amazing. One of my most favorite sandwiches ever is the salmon blt from nugget markets. Basically if it were to be transformed into a burger, Krush burger successfully did it. My mom loves to give me a hard time when I eat bad. She was telling me I need to stay away from potatoes. While she was saying that, she stole one of my sweet potato tots ! She fell in love with how good it was and kept eating more. Looks like my mom knows what it’s like to be normal and in love with carbs ! Thanks, Krush burger :)

Love, love, love that Krush Burger (which used to be called Mini Burger Truck) swings by the business park close by. So convenient, even though the brick and mortar Krush Burger establishment isn’t all the far away.
My fave items of theirs are the seasonal salmon burger and the sweet tater tots with that addictive dipping sauce. Both are phenomenal! I wish the salmon burger was available all the time, but then again, having it on the menu only a few months a year makes it just that more special.
As for those tots, they have to be accompanied by that honey-​ancho dipping sauce… so friggin’ good! I always need two of those little containers, and always ask for extra, because just one ain’t enough.
Add to that reasonable prices for a food truck, and always hot and fresh food dished out from this extremely popular food truck, and you’ve got yourself a winner.
