Dr Keppler is a great doctor. As an attorney I have represented several of his patients who have been injured in automobile accidents. They all love him and he has given them a better quality of life

This man is a miracle worker! Whenever I am in pain, stressed, sick or just feeling awful, he is there to help me feel and move better! He is like the dad I never had as he will always look out for me and is always giving me advice on how to live a healthy life! I highly recommend this doctor to everyone!

Dr. Keppler has been my chiro for almost 20 years and has saved me! There was a point where I thought I could drop my daughter as my arm was constantly numb and he corrected that. He has helped my entire family! I highly recommend him.

I was feeling better after the first adjustment. Dr. Keppler explained to me everything in easy-​to-​understand terms and was always professional and friendly. The staff is always friendly and helpful and willing to answer any questions and give suggestions. If anybody is having chronic lower back pain please give Dr. Keppler a try!

Wow I am not quite sure those 2 other people went to the same office & Chiro that I did. LOL As I have been going to Dr Keppler now for about 6 years. I only go to him once a month for maintenance now. He fixed me up great!!!
As far as «wanting your money» he told me quite some time ago, «do what I tell you, to get better and I don’t want to see you hear again.» I hurt myself really bad awhile back and after only 4 adjustments I was almost completely fixed. Previous to that I was unable to sleep for 3 days because of pain. I have been to MANY Chiropractors over the last 30 years and Dr. Keppler is by far THE BEST one I have ever been to. On the contrary, he is NOT like any other Chiropractor and keeps up on every new thing or information that comes up. He has the MOST KNOWLEDGE of any Doctor I have ever seen on nutrition and health. Saved me many times.
One other thing. I have never seen a man so caring in my life. He cares more than any other doctor I have been to. My son fell at work through a roof and really injured himself, it was a BAD FALL right on his tailbone, almost impacted his whole spine. If it wasn’t for Dr. Keppler I do not know what he would have done or where he would be right now as far as his health. He is completely recovered.
One little anecdote, My kids started seeing Dr. Keppler way before I did and I was seeing another Chiro and was pretty happy with him and kept telling my kids. No I’m good for now because the other doctor was giving me a deal, closer to me and I liked his bedside manor. When my older son Nevin told me that most adjustments he gets last a few days to a week and Dr. Kepplers lasted a month and my kids kept bugging me, I finally tried him out. Wow I could not believe the difference! The care, the knowledge and his recommendations for health have helped me to this day. I thought then and there I should have listen to my kids sooner.
And yes his office is older and the room in the back is open, but its cosy and friendly. And the receptionist Linda is ALWAYS on the ball. She rocks!
I am so grateful he is in Sacramento. Kudo’s to Dr. Keppler for all he does.

Dr Keppler is the best. I have been treating with him for over 40 years. He treats all my children also. He can really improve your stamina and strength. He is a complete genius when it comes to nutrition and supplements. Very friendly and always wants to make sure I get the best care always. Great staff and a busy clinic.

First of all that Brandon says is correct. He does this pathetic strength trick and tries to make you think you are off balance. Pushes you hard first then soft after. He does the same 3 adjustments for everyone. There is no special adjustments to any other patients because you are in the same room with them.
He charges you for everything, so make sure you know what you really need and he is always hard selling you to try this or that. Doc doesn’t even take the time to remember what happened at the last adjustment. He’s old and doesn’t remember much. while I was there for a year, he left on 3 trips where he had other doctors of his take over. This is bad because their isn’t a consistent doctor. One of the replacement doctors which is his friend, hits on all the pretty girls. which is so unprofessional, it made the visit uncomfortable.
He tries to do everything in house to keep his cost to a minimum then he refers you to medical doctors that are out in Orangevale, ca.
The staff is always confused, not everyone has the same information. Doc always unprofessionally addresses them in front of everyone. The system is a mess. Its always busy because he takes on alllllll new patients who walk in. It messes up the current patients and you spend up to 1+ hours in there for no reason at all. THe current patients get backed up for the rest of the day. There isn’t any privacy, no doors. Massage is in a open back room, where the ladies who massage you end up talking to the other patients who arrive. Thus not paying attention to your actual massage. They are just touching you really.
He makes you come in frequently to rack up the bill. All he is worried about is money. HE just wants your money not your business or loyalty. He doesn’t genuinely care about you.
When he does X-​rays (in house) he makes you uncomfortable by asking if there is a possibility that you are pregnant. Its awkward and inappropriate. He gives you a judgemental look.
Last words, Just stay away and go to a professional business. Plus, the office is old and not up to date.

This guy is the biggest sales quackdoctor! Does the strength trick to make you think you are unbalanced and misaligned when in reality he pushes in a different way and softer or harder depending the outcome he is trying to produce. Guaranteed to be push A LOT softer after adjustments. Btw he sucks at adjustments, does the same 3 things every single times as if he never advanced in his chiropractic career. Doesn’t remember thing things he does to you at your previous visit even when it was just the other day! Stay away from this guys he will try to convince you things that are way out of this world and deceive you with his friendly «innocent» personality. Only reason I stayed was legality reasons. Wish I would of never found him on Unilocal and went to him. Tus guy needs to go! He says he’s been around for 30 years, the says 20 years, then 15 years. His style is just as old!
