I was looking for a good CPA since I am knew to Sacramento so I looked on Unilocal and found Jim Ornelas. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone who is looking for someone to prepare their taxes. Jim asked me a boatload of questions (more than any other accountant ever has) and he was very thorough. Because of Jim’s thoroughness I will be getting a very nice return on my taxes. I found both his office staff and him to be very pleasant to deal with; Jim is really the nicest guy you’ll ever want to meet! So it’s a pleasant experience and he does a good job too!

STAY AWAY. He messed my taxes up 2 years in a row. I had to pay thousands of dollars in fines to the IRS because of their office. A couple of my friends had the dame problem with him as well. Poor customer service and very questionable ethics. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
