Jerry Sham Footwear

Expensive old lady shoes mostly, but I just need a comfortable conversative «office wear» shoes. The J Street location is now closed, but I knew they had another location because they brought in a size for me from their other location in the past. So I called the number and a guy answers. I confirmed that downtown location is closed and he said «yeah» …silence on the phone. Do you have another location?..“yeah”…silence on the phone… uuuummm where? The arden area he responded… didn’t give me the address on anything… silence…kinda in the Carmichael area he said… okay…I hung up. Not very good customer service and strange guy helped me in the downtown store so I know it is him. I know going to the mall sucks, but this place is just not on their game. I guess it is back to Zappos, because I don’t have time to drive around looking for comfortable decent looking shoes.

Really great customer service and knowledgable about their products. i thnk it is a husband and wife ownership? THey have wide variety of good quality shoes such as Sofft, Softwalk, etc. They also have a wide variety of sizes of shoes available. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit me because i have such a narrow heel but Jerry Sham has good selection.
