You cannot make a better choice than Sindy and Jeanine. We interviewed multiple agents and were extremely impressed with these agents’ knowledge of Sacramento neighborhoods (pluses an minuses) as well as their expertise in evaluating properties. Having moved here from Oregon we did not know the areas well and were introduced to the Pocket area which we had never considered. Perfect fit for us! We loved how honest Sindy and Jeanine were with us on properties that were probably not a good fit for us. My partner Paul and I are certainly picky buyers and Sindy and Jeanine were very patient with us and great fun to work with as we plowed through a variety of choices in the area. We will certainly continue to use Sindy and Jeanine and give them out highest recommendation.

Sindy and Jeanine are a great team! Helped us buy our first house in The Pocket area. They showed us different areas and were knowledgeable in the whole buying process. Jeanine and her team did a great job helping me sell my first house (in East Sac) this fall. I currently live across the country and it required a lot of trust in her to get the house ready for sale and to go through the process of listing, looking at offers, negotiating a contract and finalizing the deal – without ever having to be in Sacramento to do anything. She did a great job explaining options, potential consequences of various decisions, and providing me her advice, always with the clear caveat that if my gut told me something different, I should go with my gut. Jeanine knows the market very well in East Sac and did a great job shepherding me through the process. She was pleasant to work with, responsive, and worked hard for me. Selling a house can be a very stressful event, and you need someone like Jeanine to help you keep your cool and to remind you to use your head and be smart. Thanks Jeanine & team!
