I had been having my house cleaned for years by Irma and it had been amazing then these last 6 – 8 months (I believe she had new people coming in) things would not be as good. At first I did not say anything then days would get mixed up and when we called they were defensive. I called this last month to go over my concerns again and they quit showing up and would not return my phone calls. So sad because at one time they were amazing:(

They did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment for a move out inspection! The owner was very flexible with my scheudle changing. One thing was the price, the estimate given to me was a scale $ 110 – 130 and when i asked the workers what the price was going to be, they quoted me $ 190. I showed them the email with the estimate and then they quoted me $ 130. I called and left a msg and emailed because i need a receipt and havent heard back from the owner. There was a language barrier between myself and the two workers, which was a bit frustrating as a first-​time paying customer, there were things & questions I would have liked to tell/​ask them and I coudlnt.
I am happy with the cleaning job. Thank you

My home was cleaned by Irma and her staff. They did an excellent job! What a treat to come home to a sparkling clean house. Irma came to my home on a Friday, looked around, and gave me a quote right on the spot. She then schedule my first deep cleaning for Tuesday. Four ladies arrived on time, worked hard and were gone 3 hours later. They were a great team! I have signed up for monthly cleaning services with Irma’s Cleaning Services. I am looking forward to having them in my home!
