Great little shop. I had a manicure and a pedicure. Just did a walk in. It’s very clean and I had a very nice experience!
If you are looking for a smaller shop thats friendly and clean, I highly recommend Helens Salon.

Smashed, literally, between CK Donuts (amazing) and Sae Jong’s (just as amazing), lies Helen (not to be confused with Helen’s) Salon & Spa.
This lovely little shop has been handed over to various owners multiple times, BUT now one of the original owners is back and running the show! I couldn’t be happier about this.
I adore this little place and supporting my local Asian nail ladies. I have a love/​hate thing going on with their two pedicure seats. I love the quaintness of only having two chairs, but sometimes (not always) they have a wait on the weekends.
They used to have a special that was literally the best price I’ve ever seen — manicure & pedicure for $ 25. Yeah you read that right! I almost feel like I’m contributing to slave labor pricing with this setup. Baller-​on-​a-​budget dreams coming true, right here. Although this isn’t their every day special anymore, they offer it on and off again… always ask!
They do have a rewards program, just don’t forget to bring in your punch card. Your 10^th pedicure is FREE-​99! They take their monies any way — cash, check, or credit!
Their handiwork is impeccable. Their communication skills, not so much. But I don’t mind smiling and faking it to get sweet deals and relaxing services. By no means is there anything fancy about this place, besides the beautifully painted sky blue wall, but it is just relaxing enough…
Turn on that massage chair and forget about your worries…

FINALLY!!! I’ve found a nail shop that is mine all mine! Some folks just don’t understand all of the nuances that must be met before you decide you’ve found THE ONE. The Salon can’t be too smelly (like JC PENNEY or ULTA), it must be clean (unlike Venus Nails), licenses must be hung, technicians can’t be too yappy or pretentious (like Blush or Polished), service must be speedy. For the bargain price of $ 20 you can get all of this at Helen Salon & Spa.
Found this place sort of by accident. It’s right next door to Sae Jong (see previous review) and the previous owners had a fire. Luckily that’s when Helen and co. stepped in and reopened.
The shop is small but I like that. Two pedicure stations, two hair stations, two nail stations and a massage room in the back. Helen and Amy are both so kind and always helpful. And Helen does the most beautiful gel polish manicure. It’s nice to go and just be completely comfortable in both the environment and with the folks working on your nails. It only took me 10 years to find this place but it was worth the searching.
