Bad experience last week. Never buy a vip package with them. It is totally overpriced and we have been ripped off for Enrique Iglesias show in Belgium last week. They provide what they detailed in the package but with very poor quality service I was confident in them because they were promoted by Enrique Iglesias official website but I paid 5 times more than anybody else to receive only a tissue bag with just one photo Inside(but they promised to ship a poster ahahah…) as merchandising items. We were located in the first rows yes but the other people who paid 5 times less were in the same area too. We have been waiting in what they call a lounge but it looked like a store room. There were no chairs enough for everyobody… I let them know everything about this but they refuse to do something for us saying that we have received all was listed in the package. My god, this is shameful. So I continue on the web to tell everybodu the truth about them…

Used Ground CTRL for VIP tickets to OneRepublic. Overall, hard to complain too much about a company that connects you with your fave artists? This was no more, no less than what they promised; everything was given to us as promised and our meet and greet really was just a walk up photo and walk away. Still pretty happy with the experience. This particular package had sound check which was pretty cool except only 1 of the members showed up. On the ‘downsides’ was that it seemed kind of disorganized; the guide from Ground CTRL had to find/round up everyone and didn’t get the space as planned so we ended up doing it in the back of the building by all the buses. Were told we would get two pictures in case one was bad but only ended up taking one(still was great). Everyone is rounded up and in a line and you just go one by one. The biggest complaint I have is that they didn’t give us details til 1 – 2 days before the concert and we had to end up getting there 4 hours early, which was tough since the venue was a bit of a drive. A longer lead time would have let me let my work place know. While the process could have been smoother, I thought we paid a fair price for a quick meet/greet with them!

Worst company ever!!! I purchased two tickets to Linkin Park and when it arrived, they were not seated together. And Ground Ctrl tells me that there’s no refunds on this. So I asked to speak to the manager in which they responded, «There is no manager on duty and even if you leave a callback number, they won’t call you back.» And there’s 93 complaints with BBB! They should be closed!

FYI: Also listed as Ground Control in Sacramento The event management from GroundCtrl was horrible at the MixTape Festival in Hershey, PA. I traveled alone from Southern California to Pennsylvania for this«vip» experience. I arrived at 1:30 at the stadium to check in I was told by other participants that the line was taking hours. I saw with my own eyes the 300 foot long line to check in and also the secondary 150 foot long line to get into the venue. I refused to waste my vacation waiting in line so I left and returned at 5 pm, the scheduled start time of the concert. I found the check in line just as long as it was at 1:30 pm. Horrified, I parked and considered my options. I then took my $ 869 ticket to the front of the stadium and entered through the general admission gate. I was able to see the show but not take advantage of any of the VIP arrangements that I had paid for. Once inside I seriously contemplated leaving. I found the VIP check in area from inside the stadium, there were still«vip» people outside waiting to get in. I find the lack of communication and overall courtesy abhorrent. The VIP ticket purchasers have spent an exorbitant amount of money in these tough economic times to travel and attend a VIP — Very Important Person experience and are instead treated as chattel. Most participants are afraid of retaliation as only a few companies offer access to these music artists. I am personally exhausted by the treatment and refuse to stand aside any longer. I hope that my BBB complaint will bring some importance to these concerns and changes in GroundCtrl policy and procedures. Their company is based on customer service yet none exists.
