THISPLACEISCLOSED. I used to bring my bed comforter here. They did a nice job. I’m not sure why they closed, but the shop has nothing in it now.

Dropped off Calvin Klein Merlino sweater for dry cleaning. Upon getting it back, sweater had SHRUNK. Sweater is now ruined. Damage caused by incompetent employees. Sweater was NOT dry cleaned but was machine washed. If property trained, employees would have known machine washing this fabric causes shrinkage. Owner refuses to take responsibility and denied compensation. Owner even refuses to refund cost of $ 5.25 for the dry cleaning. Greedy/dishonest owner who cares nothing for the customers. Owner owns at least 2 other Dry Cleaners(Paul’s Cleaners) in the 95831&95822 zip code. To get rid of his cleaners is to hurt his wallet by avoiding his establishments. Otherwise, you will regret it sooner or later. Just read his other Negative Reviews.

Yoooo, this place is dope. I had 7 dress shirts dry cleaned and iron’d for like $ 18, whattttt? and they finished it the next day, whattt??? and I went to a job interview with my fresh dress shirt, whatttt??? and I got the job, whattttt??? actually that last part may not be true but I hope it’s true. But on the real, this place may be the gem of dry cleaners, I’m definitely going to have to come here again.

If I could I would give this place a ZERO. I’ve had three bad experiences. 1. The worker almost did not give me all of my dry cleaning. 2. The worker could not locate my dry cleaning. 3. Lost a piece of my dry cleaning. This place is unorganized and occasionally overcharges. Do not take your dry cleaning here.

I was a loyal customer at Greenhaven Cleaners for more than 3 years — all of my dry-cleaning and alterations.(My last alteration bill was more than $ 100.) But I am bringing my business elsewhere. I brought a pair of pants in for hem adjustments. After wearing them a few times — not even been cleaned yet — the hem stitches of one leg came out. They said they could not fix it because the stitches did not come out the day after they were done. After acknowledging how much business I have brought in, they gave me a «generous offer»: How about they fix that leg only for the charge of hemming one leg? I told them no, and that I would take the pants somewhere else to be fixed — along with all my business. They said ok. By the way, they thought it is normal for hem stitches to come out after several wears. Bye-bye, Greenhaven Cleaners.
