I started using this dry cleaner when I moved to Natomas in 2008. Now that I’ve moved away, I still make the trek from downtown Sacramento (or sometimes from Irvine) to get things cleaned here. I’ve been through many situations here and one including a jacket that someone vomited on, which i had to stuff in a bag during a conference, fly home with the vomit coat, take it in 2 days later, and still have a perfect coat returned to me. I cannot thank them enough and it truly doesn’t get any better than this.

I had a table runner cleaned here, and they ruined it. They made me pay for the cleaning, and threw away the runner. They said since I’ve had the runner for 2 years and have used it twice, I got my money’s worth out of it.

I don’t review much, if at all, but this place is great. Prices seem very reasonable and the woman at the counter knows everyone’s first name even though she doesn’t speak great English. Great service and friendly atmosphere.

They did a fantastic job altering a few pairs of pants for me with a quick turn-​around time. I will be returning.

I’m not sure how this ace does not have 5 stars! I moved up here about a year ago and they are the best dry cleaners in Natomas. They’ve never screwed up on order and clothes are always ready the next day. The sweet older lady at the counter is always cheerful and seems to remembers everyone’s name. I definitely recommend their laundry and dry cleaning services!

I have been coming to this location for almost 10 years! Can’t beat the service or pricing! Won’t go anywhere else! They know you by name and can complete your service quickly for a fast turnaround time. They are not open on Sunday so make sure you are picking up your clothes on Saturday if you are picking up on the weekend.

I love this place. They always perform a good job on my clothes. If I have dirty spots, I point them out to the owners and they mark the spot. They always have a smile for you and my clothes always come out fine. I will continue to do business with them and with the second cleaners on arena avenue.

This is the same as the one on Arena next to Bel Air. If you’re looking for something different don’t bother. I think the other one sends the clothes here but I’m not sure. Anyway, they both do the same poor job and don’t seem to care. Looks like many other people have the same complaint. There must be some sort of market for their service as they appear to be reasonably busy.

The owners are wonderful! They make feel welcome when I stop by.
I always get my jeans hemmed here. You can change in the small dressing room in the front and they will measure you on the spot.
The prices are reasonable and you can find coupons in the Natomas Shopping Ad if you live in the area. For jeans — original hem, they charge around $ 16. It is expensive, but is average compared to all the other businesses in the area.

This place is cheap and friendly for mens shirt laundry. However, they ruined 2 of my boyfriend’s dress shirts and still made me pay for the cleaning and defended their work saying that the shirts were old (not true).
One shirt was faded and covered with starch stains /​collar was shredded. the other shirt had black spots and a brown spot on it. I had to throw these shirts away.
My advice is to pay more and go somewhere else.

I come here to get my shirts laundered. This was the place I finally ended up finding where
1) the price was okay ($ 1.75/sh),
2) the shirts came back unscathed (no broken buttons or stains from starching, and
3) where they did not mark your shirts with your initials.

I brought 2 pairs of work pants that I wanted the legs tappered in, I paid $ 36 and I ended up with MC Hammer pants. Awful!

Very good, consistent cleaner. Great customer service, never had any problems in the 6 months of weekly drop offs. I use the coupons from the local Natomas flyer. If i forget she gives me 10% off anyway.

For 6 years I came to this dry cleaners and every time my laundry was perfect every time. More importantly, I always looked forward to picking up my laundry here as the ladies at this location provide the best customer service of any laundry I have ever been to. They take interest in their customers both as individuals and as customers. Unfortunately, today was our last day picking up laundry here as we recently moved out of the Sacramento area. As we got in our car to drive off, the manager came out of the store, stood on the sidewalk, and then waved as we drove off. If that does not show that this cleaners cares about its customers, then I don’t know what does. Fresh cleaners is already missed by us and we have only been gone from the area for 6 hours.

I discovered that my son had outgrown his dress pants two days before a special event. They cleaned and lengthened his pants in 24 hours with a smile!

These guys are fantastic! My wife and I have been going there for two years and they are the best cleaners we’ve ever used! Next day cleaning if needed. They also do tailoring! Great service, really nice people!

My local dry cleaner. Always to a good job. Very nice family runs the operation. They also do a very good job on alterations.
