Flooring Center USA

I received a quote from a different flooring company in Sacramento and wanted to shop around just a little bit to make sure I wasn’t being ripped off. I googled and saw that Flooring Center USA had the exact same brand & color of laminate flooring that I had picked out in the other store so I called to get a quote. My intention was to only get a quote and if it was +/​-​$ 100 or so I would just go with the initial flooring company. When I called, Nichole (who is actually the owner of the store) answered the phone and gave me all of her attention and took the time to give me a solid quote. She knew the job was small (about 500 square feet) and that I was just looking to compare prices and still took the time to call me back and answer additional questions and email me a complete quote. Her quote was about $ 100 less than the other company (great!), but what was more appealing was that she could have the product delivered to her warehouse in about 4 business days. I emailed the sales person at the other company to ask what their expected delivery time was and still haven’t received a response. What’s even worse is that my contractor recommended the other store, I would hope that they would treat referrals better than their average customer. Guess not!
I recommend Flooring Center USA for any flooring and was so happy to do business with them. Even if they were more expensive I would’ve chosen to work with them because of the great customer service.
