Terrible customer service. I waited for over an hour for a very time sensitive package along with about 8 other customers. They have 2 people working on a Saturday, claimed that they just received shipment today even though the shipments were received yesterday. Nothing was sorted from last night and so they are leaving customers to «wait until they find them» but didn’t even want to look and have been trying to send customers away saying packages that should have been delivered Thursday-​Friday won’t be delivered until Monday. The only reason they get 1 star is because I had to select one in order to post this.

I don’t know how often I would ever go into the FedEx Ship Center, but all I know is I had a really good experience there. The young woman who assisted me at the counter was funny, friendly, and helpful. When I walked up and handed her the tag number, she replied «Sorry, we don’t got it.» I gasped because this location is a 20 minute drive from my apartment (which living in midtown where you walk everywhere IS a long time). She giggled and told me she was joking and I sighed with relief, from there on it was just positive energy until I left with my package. I definitly was a happy camper (and I dislike camping!).

Fast and friendly.
But the place looks EXACTLY like the place you go in the airport when your luggage has been lost. I mean to a «T.» It’s kind of eerie.
