Express Graphic Design, Print and Ship

I’ve printed things here a few times and mailed one letter. The prices are ridiculously expensive. I only come here when I’m in a rush or USPS is closed. The lady has good customer service skills. The short Asian dude is a pain in the ass. He tries too hard to be funny. His personality is condescending. Asking me about what I do as a career and then mocking it. Telling me why I’m not a doctor. That’s how he made conversation with me. What I do as a career is a passion of mine. You piece of dog crap. Don’t be making fun of people’s passions. He was lucky I didn’t ask for a refund and throw the envelope in his face. Never going back there. Lost a good customer. Please don’t go here until this fool acquires some customer service skills. «Why aren’t you a doctor. That career you have don’t make much money. Why you do that. Why. Why. Why you not doctor?»

Incredibly friendly, helpful staff. I went in to mail something and didn’t end up spending a dime (turns out I had a postage-​paid return label provided by the company), but the staff were friendly and helpful nonetheless. Love an independent business doing right by its customers!

This review is for the Fedex authorized ship center part of the business only. NOT a good Fedex shipping center if you want are a business person and have a Fedex business account. First, they don’t take American Express which is the standard business credit card. Second, the last two times I’ve been there they’ve been out of the standard Fedex shipping envelopes, and both times told «oh, well we have them on order, they should have come in by now». I dont understand how an authorized Fedex ship center can be out of stock for several weeks on the standard shipping envelopes. In both instances I had to waste my time driving to the Midtown REAL Fedex ship center.

This place earns a 5 star beats standing in long lines at the post office. I walked in took care of what I needed in minutes. Not only that they have copy machines at 10 cent a copy and computer available for personal use. I had my business cards made online and came here to pick it up, great deal. I highly recommend!

This is a great neighborhood business which beats standing in line at the post office and paying the high price at Kinkos. I came here to get some business cards printed, copies, and shipping for a package.
I was very impressed with the service I received from Chinh. He is a «One Man Show». I’m assuming he must be the owner. He was able to handle a busy location all by himself and was very friendly and humorous.
I got all my copies and shipping done for a very reasonable price in a fast and timely manner. They also do banners, invitations, and FedEx all in one place. I will definitely continue to be a patron here at Express Graphics.

This place has great prices. I am extremely satisfied with their work and turn around time. I placed my order earlier in the week and was able to get the finish item out before the end of the week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are looking for great quality with decent pricing for all your printing needs. I was very disappointed in this place as the person that talked to me about their product and services did an wonderful job at selling, but lacked majorly on follow-​thru. I emailed him in trying to set an appointment for consultation on one of their services, he never responded back to me, so I went there to set it up, and he tried to pull up my email but he must have deleted it already. Then after our consultation, he said he was going to get back to me with a price quote within a week… well, it’s been over 2 weeks now and still nothing.
I’ve been told they have the most competitive pricing in the area, but if they can’t follow thru when they say they will, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

This place beats all competitor prices and manages to produce high quality printing and design while providing great service. The owner is real nice and you almost never see him without a welcoming smile.
They have everything from simple copy, fax, internet, business cards to designing banners, flyers. Any volume and unbelievable turn around time.
Highly recommended.
