Neighborhood full of crime, cars being stolen. No Pest Control Co to get rid of cockroaches, my neighbors cockroaches have invaded my apt. No Security at night, there are homeless people laying around the property.

If you are looking at these reviews before turning in a rental application, read this. I went to look at this place and fill out an application while sitting in the office. First red flag, a man walking in claiming to be dealing with roaches. THIS IS THE KICKER THOUGH… I hand VIcki copies of my pay stubs as well as the application and $ 20 money order. As we are standing there she is looking over the pay stubs… continue standing there for another 5 minutes or so conversing about the place. Was called this morning to be told she looked over my pay stubs and I don’t make enough to live there… Hm, well you could of told me that as I was standing there yesterday talking to you while you went over the numbers instead of wasting my time and money AND running my credit and making it even lower… So here’s your warning, tell her to do the simple math while your still standing there that way she doesn’t put another ding on your credit and waste your $ 20.

I have been here for over 4 months and I can honestly say it’s all gone downhill. The apartment when My family moved here was clean. If you have children though, I do suggest not moving here. The complex on the other side of the fence is ridiculously loud and there are constant gun shots throughout the night several times a week. It’s not safe. This was the first reason we decided to start looking for a new home. The manager at the time, Amanda, was amazing!!! She was always a phone call away and did a great job as manager. But ever since she left and we got new management it has been hell. Trust me when I say this. This past month has been terrible. First off, within the last few weeks we have received 6 notices on our door saying they would be coming into our apartment (whether we are home or not) SIX NOTICES!!! They write down certain times and certain days that they will come into our apartment. Every single time, they have never come within those days and hours and show up randomly on days they did not notify us about. We have come home TWICE with our stuff moved around and the door not completely locked. They invade your privacy and will enter your home without warning. As I speak someone tried coming into my apartment. I had to let him know that he needed to leave until my husband got home. This place is a nightmare please don’t move here. I’m warning you.
