Katie is the best. She is so good at what she does. If you are any kind of endurance athlete go see her. She has great experience and great education/​background. Not to mention a great personality. She really becomes part of your training. She will get you to your goal or over your nagging injury. Super flexible with appointments. She does amazing work.
