I always see the advertisements for Edible Arrangements. Finally stopped in with a coupon to try out the chocolate covered strawberries on Christmas Eve. We didn’t preorder the order. We were greeted friendly and promptly by Sarah. She informed us they didn’t have any made yet and provided us options for the ones we wanted. Smaller strawberries or regular size. Regular size would take about two hours. We were willing to come back two hours later to pick up the regular size strawberries. We came back and helped promptly. We ate the strawberries later in the day. The strawberries were sweet and coated with plenty of chocolate. The chocolate balanced the natural sweetness of thoughtfully selected strawberries. No complaints. Service, execution and flavors were on. A little on pricy side but I would come back.

My mother ordered an edible arrangement for me on my birthday. She had it set to be delivered to my work between 1:30−5. They apparently don’t ask for your contact number online so they used the number that was on her PayPal acct which was our house phone. So basically, I was still home that day and heard the whole message they left on our machine inquiring about dropping it off earlier. This obviously ruined the surprise. And then to top it off I got to work at 1 and my coworkers told me I had surprise upstairs in the fridge when my mother never confirmed that they could take it at that time. My mom was not very happy so I am leaving this review on her behalf. 2 stars because the fruit was tasty. However, if people are paying more for the delivery service at least do it right.

I placed an order for the same day and the recepient was pleased. I spoke to Andrea and she was very patient and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Edible Arrangements in mind for your next gift. :)

Horrible. Don’t waste your money. Delivered to neighbor who has never given to us 2 days ago and we speak to rarely. They refuse to re-deliver.

Hmmm, surprised to see so many negative reviews. I’ve ordered arrangements & fruit boxes from this location many times(for myself cause i’m cool like that) and haven’t had any bad experiences. But then again, I always pick up my orders rather than have them delivered so that may be why i’ve been so lucky! The employees are always super nice and helpful too.

Order from this location due to fiancé working in Davis and when he received his chocolate covered strawberries they did not taste good and looked just as bad. I tried to get a refund due to not being happy and they were horrible with making a customer happy. They wanted me to bring them back to the store in order to get a refund I offered to take them to my locate store but that was not good enough so they only gave my credit for what was not ate. I will never order from there again.

Loved this company. They have wonderful products. The ordering process is messed up. I tried to use the 16 percent discount. After it lost my order twice trying to use the code. I gave up. Just ordered it. Thanks for the wonderful headache. lol.

I usually have really good experiences and great food from Edible Arrangements, both this location and others. This time I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries, half white chocolate and half regular or dark chocolate. The white chocolate were fine, that is to say the chocolate was a 4 and the strawberry part a 3 rating. The dark chocolate though was inedible, the chocolate was prepared properly. It was grainy and tasted wrong, like 1 star bad. Overall, the presentation was great but the food not so.

I ordered an arrangement for my son’s birthday and the the fruit was just bad. Old strawberries, the pineapples were cut into stars but it wasn’t really edible because it was mostly the core. The grapes were full of seeds and the kale garnish was wilted. I paid $ 45 for this! First time and last.

I ordered from this location twice. The first time the experience was just okay and slightly sub-par for the immense cost of the fruit. The second time was horrible. Half of the strawberries were not edible! Isn’t this place called edible arrangements? When I called to complain that my recipient having had an awful experience, I was placed on hold by an employee who couldn’t help me nor new how to help. Don’t waste your money. Spend it on real flowers. I wish the person who received my order could have eaten fresh and ripe strawberries.

I received the NEW Confetti Fruit Cupcake with Dipped Strawberries and Bananas, as a birthday gift. I was pleasantly surprised by the arrival. When I sent a picture of the array to my significant other who’s away out of town, he was surprised and not a bit impressed„ especially for the almost $ 100 price tag. He actually felt kind of bad, like he had disappointed me when he saw the picture, which made me feel bad. I had to ensure him that I would have loved a pet ant if he’d sent it and I loved the arrangement because it was from him. I thought it was cute and sweet but not as elaborate as what I’d expect or am accustomed from my him. Then when I saw how the item was represented on the website versus what arrived in my office: I too realized it was a dismal disappointment. One of the two main items are chocolate covered strawberries and bananas, but there was not a single banana in the entire arrangement. There were only four chocolate covered strawberries. None of the strawberries were«sweet», although they did appear«fresh» and they were plump. The cantaloupe and melon were kinda«mushy», but the melon more so than the cantaloupe. Also, you could see as much of the green foliage(lettuce) that the fruit sits in as the fruit arrangement dispersed from it. It was not nearly as plush as the website, so do not be fooled. Needless to say, I doubt he’ll be sending me arrangements from here again, and I wont mind the least.

I received an arrangement for my birthday and half the arrangement(cantaloupe) was not ripe/edible. Since it was a gift, I didn’t contact the business. I would think the business would know check the ripeness of fruit before making arrangements. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

I’ve never ordered Edible Arrangements, but really, it’s so easy! It’s like ordering flowers, but you get to eat them! The location is right next to Ella on 12th between J and K Streets and it’s all street parking or manage your way around. I was aiming for the loading zone, but alas, 3 cars were hogging the area, luckily I scooped a spot further down. The location is super tiny, nothing really on display, but it since I preordered over the phone, my lovely arrangement was there waiting for me. The gal that brought my order was super nice, just as the gal that took my order over the phone the day before was. I recommend giving this place a shot, especially if you are looking for something different this mother’s day.

Love the arrangements though a bit pricey, worth it especially when making impressions and when you get deals: groupon $ 20 for $ 40
