Rebecca Janicki helped me in my quest to find a home. From the very begining, she was professional, attentive and showed me that she was willing to go the extra mile to help me find what I was looking for. She was prompt to follow up on emails and phone calls. Even after finding out we didn’t get this particular house, she contiued to keep in touch with me and offered her assistance in locating another home. Rebecca Janicki made herself available when I had questions and I feel that she is trustworthy. She didn’t ignore me after my pursuit of a home she was associated with didn’t work out. I would definitely do business with her again, it’s so hard to find an agent who is authentic and has a sincere interest in helping others.

I needed to sell my duplex and interviewed several realtors. Tim Collum impressed me with his knowledge of my area, how my property compared to others that had sold and his enthusiasm of wanting to promote my property in a professional manner. He listed my property and was always accessible by text, phone or email. His assistant, Aspen Hofhenke was invaluable with explaining some of the docu sign contracts that were sent on line. She always answered promptly and explained it in a way you could understand. We had a few bumps but Tim handled everything calmly and the closing went thru without a problem. I would recommend this team to anyone in the real estate market. Tim really listens to what you want and delivers with a smile. Thank you both for all your hard work! I will recommend you to all my friends. The flowers were a wonderful touch! I also was impressed with Jennifer Pancheri who is the escrow officer at Stewart Title. She was very personable and answered all my questions and even gave me a ride to lightrail when it was very hot. An awesome team all around.

Selling or buying a home — under the best of circumstances — is hard. Well, at the very least complicated. Especially in today’s world where homes are selling above their asking price and getting a home loan is about as much fun as a root canal. I have bought and sold ten homes. You’d think by now it would be a walk in the park. Well, this most recent adventure — home #11 — it really pretty much was thanks to my realtor, Linda Wood GRI(Graduate, Realtors Institute) SFR(Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource), SAR(Sacramento Association of Realtors) Master’s Club, Outstanding Life Member, Broker Associate with Dunnigan Sierra Oaks Realtors! Wow, that’s a mouthful! I think she must know something. Linda was there every step of the way negotiating with everyone from the seller’s realtor to my mortgage lender. An older home, we conducted a series of inspections which took time and effort. Linda was available and, also, provided recommendations for those items where I didn’t have a preferred contractor. Paperwork came and went seamlessly. Although documents are regularly signed electronically, when it gets down to the small print — I like to review face-to-face. Linda was on board with that concept. And, yes, while a realtor’s schedule is filled with meetings, open houses, and other clients — I felt that my concerns were always #1 with her and Dunnigan! Is there another home purchase in my future? Probably not. But you know, never say never! If it happens, I’ll be on the phone to Linda Wood and Dunnigan Sierra Oaks Realtors.
