Dry Clean Today

When I walked in the lady at the front desk was on the phone and didn’t attend to me until 5 min after I arrived. After paying for my bill and telling her what I wanted she told me my shirt would be done at 1 PM. When I came back at 1:05 PM she told me my shirt wasn’t ready. I politely said that that was going to be a problem since I was on a time schedule. She seemed rude and bothered by my request for her to be accountable to the time that she had promised my shirt. She promptly went to the back, speaking another language to another coworker, reappeared two minutes later with my shirt ready to go. As a customer I will use another service and not come back to the store.

GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE!!! You can only use ONE GROUPON EVER at this place!!! The lady if front was extremely rude going about how there is only to be one groupon per person to be used. She huffed and puffed about taking in the clothes I had brought in. She went on in saying that next time she won’t be taking the groupon. I wish groupon would say that in their fine print!!! Geez, seriously though, talk about awful customer service!!! There will be no next time rude lady! I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Not worth it. First off, their hours suck, how is any working professional supposed to be able to drop off and pick up M-​F between 8 – 4? For some reason we continued to go here for quite some time despite their hours because it is close to home and I was able to find time on lunch breaks. But recently we had an experience which will ensure that we will never go back here again. Apparently we dropped off a shirt about a year ago to be cleaned but never picked it up. My husband gets a call at 3pm on a Friday saying that if he doesn’t pick up his shirt by the end of the day they’re going to throw it away, he calls me in a panic and I manage to get out of work to go get it. I got there probably 10 minutes before their advertised closing time and guess what? Locked, no one there. Awesome customer service. I went back on Monday on my lunch hour and they still had it. I just wonder why they waited a year to tell us about this shirt we forgot. We’ve been going to another cleaner with better hours and service.

Come here all the time. I have nice clothes… Armani and Zegna suits, lots of tommy Bahama and so on. Always inexpensive, done on time, great service.

I live in Oak Park so I jumped on the recent groupon deal they posted a few months ago ($ 15 for $ 30 worth of dry cleaning). I’m glad I did because based on the reviews they had previously, I would never have come here. I brought 4 jackets/​blazers here of different types of fabric and they did an excellent job cleaning them. I have a dog and a cat and they were able to get all the hair off of my clothes and generally clean them up. I didn’t request any spot treatment, so I can’t comment on that. I will absolutely bring my clothes here again. I also have to say that their regular prices are an excellent deal.

I brought in 10 items to be cleaned on Wednesday 2/​15, and was told they would be ready Monday ²⁄₂₀ at 4pm. I tried to pick up my items on ²⁄₂₀ at about 5:30pm, but they were closed even though the website says they’re open until 6pm. I went in today, 2/​21, at about 4:30pm to pick up my items. They can’t find any of them. 9 dress shirts and a pair of slacks have simply disappeared. They said some back tomorrow.
Under no circumstances should you bring anything to this place to be cleaned, unless what you really want is to simply not have the clothes at all.
