Everyone should remember this name … RUVALCABA. It’s an easy name to remember because the Ruvalcaba’s have made it their entire professional career to disrespect, deceive and show not a single ounce of remorse (or restitution) towards customers for their unethical business practices. I have followed their names for many years, ever since my own encounter with them, and the search results will shock you. My story is short. I met the Ruvalcaba’s in 2001 and hired them against my gut feeling to not do so (I was won over by Ronaele’s personality in spite of Roddy’s unprofessionalism). They failed to show up for an engagement shoot, so I fired him over the phone. I demanded my deposit money back, which he agreed to do (but soon changed his mind). So I took him to small claims court in San Diego county and judgment was entered in my favor. In fact, there was another person also suing him that very same day over undelivered wedding photos (they also won their case). The deposit amount was a trifle sum, but it was the principle nonetheless. I have never seen the money and I am sorry for countless others who lost a LOT more than I ever did. Remember that name and avoid this criminal duo at all cost. San Diego Superior Court has ordered Roddy to NOT perform any professional photography services ever. And Ronaele had her accounting license revoked some years ago by the California Board of Accountancy. Roddy and Ronaele Ruvalcaba, two names you want to avoid in any capacity.

I will never use him again. I had my wedding in August of 2008 and I still have not received my albums. He will make up excuses and never return your calls. He has been convicted of fraud with a different name and in different cities. I hope people think twice before they use him, he will take your money and never get pictures.
