I have never had such bad service in my entire life! The waiter did not tell me that the Soy Bean Drink was hot so I assumed it was cold because every other Vietnamese restaurant serves it cold. He asked me if I wanted ice in it, so I said yes, expecting it to just be colder. Ends up it came out piping hot and my ice was melting. That was not the only thing that I disliked. My brother ordered the Bun thit nuong and I ordered the Phở dac biet and mines came out 15 minutes after his! My phở was so bad that I couldn’t finish half of it! And to top it off when I went to go pay the total was 14.82 and she only gave me 5 $ change back. I told her that she forgot about my change and she simply replied«Sorry didn’t know you needed it. « Do not ever* come here!

Quick! Somebody tell the cook he forgot to put MSG on the broth! Absolutely bland and no umami taste at all. MSG ain’t bad, just use it in moderation and in this instance it might save Phở. Broth is what makes the Phở and the broth they make here is lacks flavor and aroma… I’m better off using seawater in my noodles than come here for phở. Overall, it’s not too bad but this restaurant is competing with other top notch restaurants in the area that offers way better phở… they’d probably do better in Roseville than they can in Little Saigon.

breakfast with momma… walking in the lady thought we were mexican, and started speaking english to us… than she heard mom speaking viet to me and she was shocked… the lady was nice and very helpful when we asked her about some dishes… she continued to have small talks with us throughout the time which was nice but a little annoying because we were in our own conversations and we were eating… Mom ordered #1 which was the special combo plate. I did not try it but mom said that the meat(suon nuong) was cold, the com tam(broken rice) was small. the shrimp wrap(tau hu ky) was pretty good, and they had a sunny side up which was burnt at the bottom. the side soup had no flavor and was not hot. For $ 9.95 it was NOTWORTHIT. mom also had the vietnamese iced coffee, it was a good portion but the coffee was a little tooo sweet. i had number 6 or 7 and it was Bun cha gio thit nuong(eggroll and grilled pork ober noodles) and i did not enjoy it a bit! The noodle was hard, the grilled pork was tasteless, and the egg roll was small! I liked tht they put bean sprouts and the portion looked decent but oter than that it was a failed. The hot tea was free which was pretty awesome… The restroom was not stocked with seat covers and there were toilet paper on the floor, not pleasant. The fact that we came here in the morning and no one else was in, they could have cleaned and stocked it! Plus, shouldnt they check and clean the restrooms nightly??? Just sayin… I won’t be coming back because there are many other places off Stockton blvd that offer better

This place is the exact same as Phở Thinh that used to be in this location, with the same owners/workers too, I believe. I was expecting it to be similar to the Com Tam Thanh’s in the Bay Area, but I guess it wasn’t. The broken rice plates aren’t as great as the ones in the bay, but it’s good if you’re craving it. The phở is pretty good, there was a strong hint of cinnamon. I would rather go to Saigon down the street for phở.
