I often go here and the food is always what I expect at Carl’s Jr. When I ordered I was asked, «Will that be medium or large?» as if that were the only 2 options. Not, would you like to upsize that or even would you like to make that large or medium?” This is a small difference but still a very deceptive question. I answered, Well med I guess, whatever is the regular size.“ I was, of course charged an up-charge for med. I pointed this out to the lady and she got very defensive and rude stating in a firm voice, «No, you asked for med!, I asked and you said med!» I reminded her I also said, «I guess med, whatever is the regular size». To this she just shook her head and started to walk away. I told her, «You asked that question as if those were the ONLY options, you need to make that clear. I got a classic eye roll and was dismissed. I didn’t ask for a Manager but did watch as her and another counter person posed the question to several customers the same way and one customer asked his friend, why did this cost more that it shows on the board. His friend said, I think you up-sided your order.» He said, «I did? I didn’t realize that». He just shrugged and shook his head. It appeared the counter people are instructed to ask that question in a deceptive manner as I heard two people ask that way. Not cool.

Come here if you want terrible customer service and if you want to feel miserable after eating their dirty food. I ordered the 2 for $ 2 Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit(breakfast) and had to go to the bathroom all day and night! Felt so drained…;(so however u want to label it. food poisoning or stomach flu, the bottom line is this facility has some dirty germs! And if you are brave to venture to this particular carls jr even after reading about my horrible experience, ask them why do they use Popeye’s lids on their sodas? Ghetto! Worst place ever! Do not come here!

1 star is too many. My food is NEVER right, lettuce is brown, staff is rude. Today I waited 15 minutes, 10 of which, only 1 car was ahead of me. Then my order was wrong. Pulled in and walked in to find only 2 people working lunch shift at a snail pace and 8 customers who hadn’t been greeted in the 10 minutes they were waiting. This is typical. Don’t order salad or fish, it’s a complete meltdown. In fact, don’t eat here, run away

To sum up the food quality and customer service of this Carl’s Jr. location, the word AWFUL comes to mind. There has been many times that I have been tired from work and have grabbed dinner from this location and I think they have only gotten my order CORRECT once out of the entire time I have lived here. I’m usually too tired to turn around and bring back the wrong order in exchange for the RIGHT order. But today, I had enough. FIRST they did not give me part of my order and I had to turn around and get my fries, and when I got home they gave me something totally different than what I did order, and the«Turkey Burger» was ice cold and I live about 2 minutes away. I returned my order to a very unfreindly manager and I will not be returning to this location. EVER. I’d advise anyone in the area to NOT go to this location.
