The flowers are usually ok to good. The one thing that I have a HUGE problem with is the penmanship on the cards that come with the flowers. It seriously looks like a child wrote the card. If you don’t have any employees that can NICELY AND NEATLY write the cards out then TYPE AND PRINT the cards.

I ordered flowers from an online site that used Cal Nevada Wholesale Florist. From this site I ordered a bouquet for both my Mother and Mother-​in-​law, for Mother’s Day. I ordered the same thing for both orders, their «premium custom florist design» that’s supposed to have their largest bouquet with high quality seasonal flowers. The flowers my mother received (from another florist) are exactly what I expected, Lilies and Tulips in a pink and lavender color scheme with splashes of orange, a beautiful arrangement. The flowers my mother-​in-​law received from Cal Nevada Wholesale is the most miserable display of flowers I’ve ever seen. Carnations and daisies, horrible colors of burgundy, red and white. Not joking it looks like they grabbed the scraps they had laying around, threw them into a crappy vase and delivered it. I am sad and upset that not only has my trust been violated, but what was supposed to be an expression of «we love you» for a family member looks more like «whatever». I did not get my money’s worth, I was ripped off!

This florist obtained my order because they are a contracted florist for the online Florist Company I placed my order with. The arrangement that was delivered was a basic one. I ordered and paid for the premium arrangement. The flowers were small and had no fragrance, not to mention that over half of the arrangement had not even began to bloom. I had also requested a box of gourmet chocolates. Instead an old box of chocolate covered cherries wrapped in used wrapping paper was delivered. If this is the type of service they provide to all the customers I do not know how they manage to stay in business. Buyers beware!

I called in to get a quote and the lady that answered (hispanic accent) was extremely rude!!! She was condescending and downright obnoxious– if she is the owner this place will go down the toilet. If she is just an employee the owner better think of replacing her because you just lost a customer.
