Caliber Collision

I was directed here by USAA after I was in an accident.
I have never handled collision repairs before and I am so lucky we were directed to Caliber. They had fantastic communication with my insurance company, they worked VERY quickly and professionally. They even handled a dent that was outside the insurance claim and charged an INCREDIBLY reasonable rate to us.
Unfortunately, liability was decided after we picked up the car but they were very kind and worked with us to get the deductible we paid back.
AND THEN, there was a tire pressure alert a few hours after the repair (they had to replace the tire) and when my husband brought it to them they handled it immediately.
I can honestly say I cannot imagine a better experience after the stressful experience of an accident.

Fantastic customer service right from the moment they were notified by our insurance company that we had been involved in an accident. Our insurance company found Caliber that was conveniently located within 2 miles of our house, and they worked closely together to make sure the required work was accomplished. When we picked up the car, it looked brand new! Not only had the required work been done, but the entire car was so clean and sparkly!

Awesome customer service and amazing work. I recently had the misfortune of being rear ended and decided to have my repairs done at this location. Great people to work with, they got me in very fast, set up my rental, kept me very well informed on what was going on throughout the repair and even went beyond and motivated the insurance company, who was moving a very slow (and has no customer service skills) to get them to speed things up and get me my car back. I couldn’t be happier with the repair work, they had to weld, make repairs, replace totaled parts and matched 7 year old, 150,000 mile paint. Awesome workmanship!
