Buy Direct fabricated and installed our new kitchen granite counter tops. We stopped in their showroom to get a quote. Their price was great compared to the other quotes. We set up an appointment for Mark to come out and take measurements. We were impressed with Mark’s professionalism, knowledge, patience, and he answered all our questions. As soon as we found the granite slab, we called him. It was installed 6 working days later. Mark called me the morning of the installation saying they were finished and could be there an hour earlier than scheduled. WowI Cannot say enough how impressed we were Mark and his crew. They were the best! The installation went perfect. Also, if you have some unusual cuts on corners or unusual/​unique requests, custom work, they did it, perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

I had a great time working with Buy Direct. From the first contact when Alex came to my home to measure and work up a free estimate, to the last payment, every person has been professional and knowledgeable.
I needed new cabinetry in two bathrooms and kitchen. I was looking for contemporary, modern styling. I wanted quartz counters. And I was disappointed that most shops in Sacramento don’t offer this. Most cabinetry shops import from out of state or country and merely assemble. Big Box suppliers play price games and force you through separate negotiations for product, then demolition, then installation, etc. etc.
Buy Direct offers a complete range of counter materials, cabinetry styles and hardware. And they manufacture here in Sacramento. I enjoyed a guided tour of their factory. That means when I need extra height in the toe-​kick to match the thicker flooring I’m using, they give me what I need. If you’ve got odd shaped corners and you want custom work, you get it. At a great price.
Buy Direct handled demolition, cabinetry and counter installation and all plumbing. My one contact, Cesar, was always available, had the answers or information I needed, and was always where and when he said he was going to be. Plus, I valued his advice on other aspects of my remodeling project, his experience and contacts.
Final payment was simply the balance of the original estimate. No extra charges or surprises of any kind. I wish other businesses were as honest and direct.
