Not the best Burger King. For one there’s almost always Pervy Homeless Dude flashing someone out front. Good thing they have two exits so you can plan your exit route accordingly. Second their soda machine is constantly out of flavors. They usually have something okay but not exactly what you want. Third they don’t have the digital menu. I know it’s not necessary but it really makes the place look a little more modern and less uh fast foody. Fourth their soda costs more here than where I usually buy it. Not much more but it’s annoying. Not like this is in prime real estate or anything. Finally no buffalo chicken fries. They don’t seem to participate in specials at this location. Lame.

Pretty okay here. It’s kept clean and the staff is nice. What can I say? Burger King is Burger King. Although I do like the new drink machines they have with multiple soda and flavor options. I just wish they had wifi.

Went there last night at around 2am drunk with my friends ordered 12 double cheese burgers, 20 nuggets, 3 large frys and 3 of the dollar chicken sandwiches the girl in the window was nice i wouldnt of been so friendly with a bunch of drunks, and the food was all fresh including the frys by the time we got home. Best experience ata BK drive thru with out a complaint. She even through in ketchup and a couple of ranch. Girl you the real MVP.

first off i don’t eat fast food often. maybe once in a while i do crave some kind of fast food or usually during late nights from trips or going out to a party and need some kind of food for emergency, other wise fast food is not my first choice for food. i came here on a tuesday afternoon on a hot sunny day. i was greeted when i walked up to the cashier and i was asked what i would like. i already knew what i wanted in y mind. i was craving a nice cherry coke icee which was made by request to mix it half and half for no extra charge. i then looked at the size and it was only a 1.50 for a large size icee which i have got for a while from bk and figured that it was really cheap. when i was inside, it was slow and only one customer inside dining. they might have had a few drive thru. i do like how the seating inside is plenty of space. i do find the tables to be a bit dirty and no one wipe it off. the chairs and booth are okay to comfort level for only a short time stay. the bathrooms were clean when i had to go inside to wash my hands. there was not wet floors and the trash bin might be a bit high with paper towels and might need to be empty. also for the location it is great and on Freeport along with a few other fast food such as jack in the box, taco bell, and carls jr. the parking lot is pretty big and have lots of space to park and shouldn’t be a problem. overall i am a fan of this place and not much bad experience since my order was simple and is a drink as well. will update again when i get my food here in the near future. have a nice day and thanks for reading. happy Unilocaling and don’t forget to vote useful, funny, or cool if you find something you like from this rating.

Came here on a Sunday night around 12AM and the drive-thru was PACKED! Literally waited ten minutes just to order and another fifteen before receiving our food! Since there aren’t many 24hr fast food restaurants around here it’s understandable why this Burger King is so busy. We ordered 30 chicken mc nuggets for only $ 4.85!!! GLORIOUS! They were nice and crispy too! With honey mustard sauce to dip them in… HEAVEN! I don’t normally crave fast food but these tasted amazing as you could tell they were fresh out of the fryer and piping hot! Well worth the wait! The nice young man working the drive-thru window was exceptionally polite!(I’m sad I didn’t catch his name but he was African American and had dreadlocks). A+ for customer service as he gave us more than enough napkins and sauces for all 30 of our nuggets!!! Their actual restaurant closes at 10PM every night but the drive-thru stays open 24hours! I’m giving this Burger King four stars tonight because the food was FRESH and service was GREAT!

We have ordered Burger King delivery several times, and each time there is either something missing(usually an order of onion rings), or something messed up(such as no cheese on a cheeseburger, onions on a burger that we told lem to leave off, etc…). Because of these small issues, we stopped ordering from them for a few months. However, we got an email today that had specials that made us want to give them a try again. We ordered a 10 pc chicken nuggets(with 2BBQ sauces), a crispy tenders sandwich(with no lettuce, and add pickle, onion, and cheese), a crispy chicken wrap(with no lettuce), 3 onion rings, and the«delivery special» which consist of 10 cheeseburgers and 20 chicken nuggets(with 4BBQ sauces). Also, we used the promo coupon for a free order of large french fries, and asked for extra BBQ sauces and ranch. The order was delivered about 50 minutes later, which was great! However, when he handed me the bags saying that he was in a hurry because of more deliveries, I told him I wanted to make sure he gave the extra BBQ sauce and ranch. He said he was in a hurry so he had throw a bunch of each in there. I thanked him & he left. We went inside and started sorting the food. Everything was cold. 5 of the 10 cheeseburgers had no cheese. The fries were not only ice cold, they were hard as a rock. And, there was only 2 ranch and 2BBQ sauces. The onion rings and chicken nuggets were cold, but edible. I called and let them know they needed to replace the 5 burgers & fries, and bring BBQ sauces. Almost an hour later, the replacements arrive, but the french fries are still cold and unedible. Personally, I feel that if you’re paying over $ 50(over $ 60 after tip) for your meal, the restaurant should have enough business sense to make sure everything is delivered fresh & hot, and the way you order it. We will NEVER order from this Burger King again!

Very happy with my home delivery order. My order was delivered 45 minutes after I ordered online. But the food was really yummy. I like the special delivery containers they use to keep the buns fresh. The driver got lost, but he called me and he was very polite.

I’m only giving a star because I have too, If anything BK owes me!!! Yet another garbage experience!!! This Burger King is the absolute WORST!!! Circus monkeys could function better than the people I have encountered at this location. On 9÷17÷14 my family stopped in for dinner after back to school night, BIGMISTAKE!!! The drive thru was empty and employees were sitting down eating. I was helped by Valeria and thought it would be quick since there were no customers in the place. i was so wrong!!! It took over 20 minutes for 6 sandwiches.(there were other customers behind us who had a 20 minute wait as well) when we finally got our food, we checked the bag and were missing 2 sandwiches. my husband told Valeria«we’re missing 2 sandwiches» she responded«uh huh» and smiled. so our response was«so, you were going to let us leave without our complete order?» Valeria cocked her head to the side, giggled and said«i’m sleepy» and smiled. don’t try to be cute, get my kids’ food!!! By the time we got the missing food, everything else was soggy. I am really pissed off, especially since bk corp. has not had a district mgr contact me as they said they would on 9÷18÷14. get it together BK. Update: district manager calked to rectify the situation, however, she failed to address me by my correct name. She addressed it to Denise. …I’m Diane. Smh, Facepalm.

We have ordered from them a few times now. Today was one of those times. After a long day, just did not feel like cooking or driving anywhere. Kiddo was wanting BK, so figured would avail ourselves of the BK delivery option again. Food arrived hot and about 20 minutes early. Now this is not the norm. Usually they are on time or maybe a few minutes late. Food is usually hot or about the same temp it would be if I were to have gone and picked it up. The delivery drivers have always been friendly and professional, which is important since that is the only contact most customers who order online will have with BK. So if the drivers fall short on customer service or have unpleasant personalities, that would be the last time we would order from them. I have noticed although they have expanded the options over time; would like to have a menu and options closer to what we would have if we were at the restaurant and ordering. Also, a couple of times, we paid for cheese and did not receive it. Today they did fine on getting the order right, so no issue there. All in all, it is fast food and not somewhere we eat at regularly. However, when you get the hankering, it is nice to be able to order it online and have it delivered when you just do not feel like driving anywhere.

On 7÷26÷14 I had a small party and ordered there take Out at 953 pm At 1044 pm I got a call saying my order was declined and was not getting my delivery . Ok but I checked on my bank account and was charged ! The guy on the phone said the cut off was at 10 pm cause of short staff . Ummm 953 ! And charged ! And reply at 1044! Almost a hour . Rudest management I have ever experienced! Order took over twice the estimated time as promised. Called an hour and forty minutes after placing the order and was told the order was leaving then. At the two hour mark I called and asked to speak to a manager, the individual on the phone identified themselves as the manager and again told me the order was leaving as we spoke. I told this person what I had already been told and he claimed he was not there when I called the first time and the order was leaving. I asked for the manager’s name and he refused to give it to me, when I asked for the name of the General Manager he said the name was«Raul» but he didn’t have a phone number for him because the GM is on vacation in Honduras. I asked for the name of the franchise manager and the manager did not know who their franchise manager was. Poor customer service, mediocre food and extremely long delivery time.

They literally butchered our order. Forgot to give us our drinks messed up our friends rodeo cheeseburger by not adding cheese or any BBQ sauce(see picture) not happy at all with this location! Went back to location to complain about hamburger and the lady gave us so much attitude and threw the hamburger when we asked to replace it after calling us a liar about our order while we held the burger in front of her!

morning workers on 4÷16÷14 staff: cashier in front and Asian female manager had a terrible disgusting attitude. terrible horrible service. manager seems like she hates her job. I waited too long for my food, asked her to check on it and she looked at me sideways without saying a word. totally did not appreciate that. I ordered breakfast to go and they served me a burger. disgusting service.

I enjoy stopping by here. The restaurant is always clean and comfortable. Service is quick to take your order but can take a while to get it to you. Be sure to check your bag to make sure everything’s there. The food is hot and tasty. Overall, I would choose this place over other local fast food restaurants.

Recently we decided to try the take out service from BK. Sounds silly to me but we were hungry and without a vehicle for the moment. We have to give a HUGE thanks to Eric– our deliver man. He was by far the most respectful, professional, and hardest working service man that we’ve received in a while. You deserves a raise and definitely management for his future. As long as he works there– he makes all the difference. I suggest calling for him! You’ll see what I mean ;)

I guess all the computers are down today, but I wasn’t told cash only. I thought the employee was writing down my order to take it to the drive thru window, and charge me there. You can’t be soft spoken at a fast food place. I wasn’t upset, but I think you should speak up, and not lie in front of your boss to not get in trouble. I also think they should cut down on the salt, the fries tasted more like salt than anything.

I’m a mom with four kids so I’ve seen my share of drive thrus. In my opinion, if you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all. There’s nothing spectacular or fancy about this Burger King– it’s standard. What is exceptional is the customer service we received from Cassandra. My girls had just finished a track&field event and were super hot and thirsty. I took them to BK because I heard about the 50-cent cones earlier(on Facebook, of course). The only thing we ordered were cones. I tell our new friend, Cass,” these kids need special cones, they just ran the mile.” She giggles a little bit… then comes back a moment later with a cone that’s at least 8 swirls high! My daughters OMG’ed and I gushed a bunch of compliments for this young woman who knew how to make someone’s day.

Maybe I haven’t been to a BK in a while, but when did they get so high-tech?! The menu is now on multiple TV screens that changes every few seconds to alternate between the menu and deals/ads. They also have a one-stop soda machine. It’s just one big machine with a single ice/drink dispenser. It comes with a touch screen and you choose your drink from there between filling up your cup. Only downfall is that there is only one. I was in and out of there really quick, but from a glance the place looked clean and well kept. The service I received was actually really good and took me by surprise. It’s been a long time since I’ve had decent fast food service. My cashier was personable and very friendly. My food came out quick, hot and fresh. Definitely a plus when working with a 30 minute lunch. Overall, a good experience.

Foods good. No complaints there. The rest of this review is based on service Twice. by two different staff working in the drive through, I have been asked to move my car. I’m at the window wonding huh? I dont know why, but they want to reset some kind of Drive through timer or whater to meet some quota. The first time it happened, it was about 9 at night and the guy was super creepy, and it made it seem like he wanted me to back up and break my side view mirror? Second time it happened, I’m assuming it has to do with the timer or whatever.
