Please don’t go here. I went with my 1−½ year old daughter to eat in the dining room. This is the worst food place I have ever visited in my life. It smelled bad, the customer service was beyond terrible and the food tasted old and disgusting. While eating with my daughter, I was also approached by a young boy asking if I could spare a dollar so he could eat(while his mother was currently ordering at the counter with about 5 other kids) There were homeless people hanging around outside(apparently no security in this lot), and the people inside didn’t look too far from being homeless themselves. One can only hope that you’ll read the Unilocal reviews before going here.

There is something wrong with this location. I dread when my husband wants to get something to eat here. The staff is always nice but it takes forever even when not busy and the order is never right never. Last time I had to go in after my order because I got french fries instead of oinon rings. I will say the staff went up and beyond to fix the mistake which is why the two stars. I just dread going when the husband wants BK. I hope you read this Burger King you have a friendly staff they just got to work on speed and accuracy. It does matter to the people you serve.

I have stopped coming to burger king in general because of this store. I can’t tell which is worse, the quality of the food or the customer service. All I hear about while waiting for my order is the associates talking shit about other people. The food was old and clearly not fresh. Worst bk I have ever been to.

Well I just threw away the DISGUSTINGDRIEDUP, BURNTUP fish sandwich I ordered and my daughter threw away the cup of ice-urine that they had labeled as lemonaid. I got VERYFRUSTRATED waiting in line with only ONEDAMNCAR in front of us but the people in it would NOTMOVEFORWARD, so we backed out of the drive-thru and went inside. You can litterally see the confusion in the faces of every employee. Obviously, every employee is new and there is no manager on site. They tried to give us a double cheeseburger instead of the double whopper that my daughter ordered. You could tell the fat slob wanted to keep it and eat it herself because of the irritated look on her face. The fries were cold and the chicken nuggets were just as bad as the fish sandwich. I have absolutely NOIDEAWHY we thought this place had gotten better… it’s NOT! This is the WORST Burger King I have ever been to! I would have taken the disgusting fish sandwich back and gotten my money back but I was afraid I would end up killing someone by throwing the sandwhich at them. I will never go back there again. Instead, I will just flush my money down the toilet.

We used drive through. The worker told us to enter the joint. They discriminated against us. We stayed at the window. We used the analogy– whites only and blacks only. They were much nicer afterwards. We are Deaf– we have every right like hearing people.

This is by far the worst place to get food from. The employees are also rude and slow. It took me 30mims to just get nuggets and there were 7 cars waiting for there food also. All the cars that were in front of me had there cars off. If you want burger king go some were else. Worst service ever.

I ordered in the drive thru two whoppers with no tomato and extra pickles. When at the window, she said no pickles and extra tomatoes. I informed her of the mistake which she verbally called out to the burger person. When I saw the receipt, I noticed it has heavy pickles ANDHEAVY tomatoes. I asked her about the mistake then. She told e it was OK as she told the person no tomatoes. after waiting a longer than normal time, I received my order. And I drove off after confirming no tomatoes with the cashier, as my friend is allergic to tomatoes. when we arrived home and opened the bag… guess what we found. Two whoppers with heavy tomatoes and no pickles. We had to toss his burgers away as he could not risk getting sick from eating tomatoes. I can not believe that after multiple attempts to confirm the order, it was still wrong and unable to be eaten.

I wish I could give negative stars for this location. I went there tonight with my parents to enjoy a delicious meal because I’m 5 months pregnant and I was starving and it’s really rare for me to eat fast food but I was craving it. We ordered our food and it took over 20 min to get it. We ordered everything for here but they put everything into a to go bag and when I asked for a tray because we were eating in they gave me attitude. when I open my sandwich to eat there was a long black curly hair inside of it so I went up discreetly to the gentleman and said that there was a hair in my sandwich and I would like it to be remade he gave the sandwich to a blonde haired lady who turned around and screamed«what’s wrong with it? «with an attitude and I turned around and said there’s a long piece of hair in it so she turned around and said«what do you want me to do about it?» and I said«I would like you to remake it» another woman from the kitchen walked out a large African American woman with her hair down she’s the only one with black hair so I knew it was her hair that was in my sandwich yelled out«just give her the money back I don’t have time for her I have other customers» I never even asked for refund at that point. I was so offended that I was polite and all I wanted was my sandwich to be remade and this is how they treated me in front of everybody. Everyone in the restaurant was in shock that this is how they were treating their customers. Besides that our whole order was wrong they added things that we asked not to have added chicken nuggets were freezing cold they didn’t give us any sauces and on top of that they were nothing but rude. The manager very rudely came up and said her name as if she was not afraid as if she was trying to be tough and the other blonde manager hid her name tag from me and was being condescending. The manager by the name of brandy who was the African American lady had her hair down not up in a bun like you were supposed to do if you do not have a net which is the law she also had the longest fake nails they were about the size of my finger and she was the one making the food. I will never go to that location again but not only that I will be calling their corporate office until someone takes it serious enough to do something about it because it is not okay to treat your customers that way. As we were leaving a random guy who was shopping at the grocery store nearby just walked up to us and felt the need to say how horrible this burger king was without even knowing what we had just experienced. 3 other customer stormed out because they were so angry at what just happened I have never experienced anything like that in my life and I hope to never experience it again if you don’t want to be treated like garbage for absolutely no reason do not go to this location I honestly feel like this location should be shut down or completely change their entire staff.

Terrible burger king. My first visit chicken nuggets and fries were cold and old. Second I ordered plain cheeseburgers. I overheard the cook say she wanted them plain. When I got them I checked and it looked like ketchup was wiped off and there was a pickle on it. So they half assed fixed the mistake in a lazy way. Also were rude to a mentally challenged woman ahead of me. The burger king at McClellan blows this shit hole out the water.

So at first when I pulled up I saw the drive thru line and it was crazy long. I didn’t hesitate to pull up in line because I was right there and I decided I was eating Burger King for dinner. As I sat in line as it did not move I contemplated on whether I should stay in line or not. I decided to stay. A car pulls up behind me and I’m officially stuck in line. But not so fast he backs up immediately after waiting two mins and leaves. Another car pulls up and waits for about ten mins and then backs up and leaves. I’m still sitting in line and only one car has moved… I finally order my food and I tell the lady I want a double whopper meal with cheese. She repeats you want a whopper? I said no a double whopper. She then says just the burger no meal? I’m like no I want the meal as well. With an iced tea. She asks if I want anything else and I say yes an order of large onion rings. Then she said oh so you want onion rings instead of fries with your meal? I say no I want another order of onion rings! And then she asks what size? And I have to repeat myself for the second time and then she reads back my order and says a sweetened tea. And I say no I want unsweetened. She says sorry about that and then gives me my total… I still have to wait ten more mins before i get to the window to get my food… Before I do the lady I front of me gets out of her car and goes up to the window asking what is taking so long! Not very classy… When I pull up they apologize for the wait time and the lady is nice. She said their waiting on the onion rings still. I finally get my food and I take off. My food was fresh and well cooked which I liked but I was irritated that I had to repeat my order and she still gave me the wrong tea after I had told her unsweetened. She gave me sweet. I waited a total of 30 mins in the drive thru! Which is a very long time but I didn’t mind because I got fresh food and because the lady wasn’t rude. But I would not go back to that location again because of the wait. Other people put reviews on her as well complaining about the wait… I think if they worked faster then more people would come. I know it’s better to wait and get cooked food then get uncooked food fast. All in all I give a two stars because my experience was bittersweet

Walked in, the 2 African American women were getting orders ready… Talking about the customers. One of the women finally came to the register, called the other over. Neither one of them looked at me or said anything to me. After standing there for about 5 mins like I was not there. I just left. Ridiculous. Worst Burger King Ever!!! SLOW& they mess up, it’s dirty… All the managers are lame, literally. If you want your order to be messed up and to take forever and for the crew to be dirty as is the restaurant then order here. This was my third and final visit to this BK location. I won’t go into detail about my previous visits. but I will say that their service has steadily declined each time. The staff is rude and its completely obvious that they don’t want to be there. I had to repeat my order 3 times in the drive thru tonight. Their lack of attention and care is apparent. I ordered a triple whopper meal(no pickles, no ketchup), 5-piece chicken strip meal and their new promotional spicy chicken sandwich. After 10 minutes, I finally made it to the window to pay for my food to which I waited almost another 10 for it to come out. Unfortunately I made the number one drive mistake of not checking my food before I drove off; luckily I live 5 minutes away. I arrived home and opened my bag to find a single whopper with pickles, the 5-piece chicken strip meal and the spicy chicken sandwich off the dollar menu. Now I’m not usually one to make a big stink about stuff like this, but due to all their previous flubs from my past visits, my tolerance level was at about a zero. I went back and the drive thru male recognized me immediately, apologizing for giving me someone else’s whopper. He gave me my correct whopper and then I addressed the chicken sandwich. Apparently, I was supposed to ask for the ORIGINAL spicy chicken sandwich and not just the spicy chicken sandwich; if you don’t say ORIGINAL they automatically default you to the spicy chicken from the dollar menu. Might I add that all their signs say: «TRYOURNEWSPICYCHICKENSANDWICH!» and NOWHERE does it have the words«ORIGINAL» on it anywhere. At this point, a female in the back had the nerve to start arguing with my partner and I and then instructed the drive thru male to make sure that we pay the difference of the sandwiches. Another female instructed him not to and so he just gave us the sandwich(smart move). All during this, the female in the back was muttering under her breath and talking shit about my partner and I. He asked her a few times if she had something to say and that if she did she should speak up; she said nothing. This is typical of this location and the staff here seems to not understand the definition of customer service. This heated exchange could have all been avoided if they just would have apologized and corrected our order; no attitude or shit talking included.

Awful customer service and it took too long for a simple order. There were tons of homeless persons in the dining room. The two salads I ordered were old. They were red and moist. The order that was taken was even wrong. I order a plain spicy chicken sandwich and they charged me for an original chicken sandwich(I have gotten one for free before and it was nasty). I have nothing good to say about this place. I have only ran into one nice person working there. I would not be surprised if this location closed. I have ordered from the Arden location(near Watt and Arden) and received superior service. I am not a huge fan of fast food but if I must go again I will use the Arden location. I needed to keep to my New Year’s Resolution anyway. This customer is not coming back. I have worked in fast food in high school and know this location has it all wrong. Update: they fixed my order and refunded the purchase. That was good. I hope to see further improvement. Update: 4÷23÷14 Awful service once again. There is no hope for this location.
