I’ve been living at these apartments for over 2 ½ years and all they do is harass me and my family. Saying that we can not have chairs on our patio, but nearly 80 percent of the apartment complex does. We were served a 30 day notice for no reason, when asked why, they could not come up with a good reason. We pay rent on time, and make no noise.
The apartments say «drug free zone «but their on site manager who lives in the back of building K smokes weed and lives with a Pot Head. Ironic huh?
I do not recommend these apartments, only if you want to be harassed by retarded property managers who have nothing better to do but waste everyone’s time.

What a waste of time. Make an appointment with the office, lady didn’t even show up on time. She was quick to refer me to other comlex. When I told her I like the price here since I work full time but im a full time student. I was automatically denied because I dont have kids or im not married.
The place looked nasty. Garbage all over the parking lot and in the bushes. Had about 20 minutes to look around before anyone showed up. Very disappointed.

I hate to say it but this place is horrible me and my wife got our credit approved but we both got denied for having non violent backgrounds that happened over 6 years ago. I had a DUI abd they denied is cause of that. There is way too much. paperwork and to be honest there worrying about DUIS’ from 6 years ago. They need to look around they are located on 66^th ave abd Stockton Blvd it’s crime haven. This place is a complete joke in my opinion, DO NOT water your time apllying there if you had our have a record they will not work with you PERIOD! My advice go elsewhere the location is Ghetto so the least they should worry about is someone with. a non violent record the fact is I passed the credit check I made 3– Times the rent, but this shitty place Boyd not believe in 2^nd Chandra. they get 0 starts in’m my book, flat out horrible
