Honestly this is the worst Optometry that i have ever been to. They have increased their prices and have the rudest employees. The lady talked to us with attitude and said that my mom had language barrier. I started going to this optometry as a kid, but never will i return again.

I am so happy that my business with this office is done. I will not be using them next year for services… or any year for that matter even though they are the most convenient for me. Message to Provider: Your staff is literally your front lines when it comes to dealing with your patients, so it is imperative they are representing you in a positive manner but when you have an employee like Lynelle(sp?) it creates quite the opposite. She is rude and condescending. She’s done it to me and I have witnessed her speak rudely to other customers & we even saw her out in public at a different place of business & she was being snarky with their employee. She butts in unsolicited to conversations people are having with the other front office girl when there’s no issue, as if she doesn’t feel like the young lady can handle herself just fine. Note to tiny, cute asian girl: stop letting her punk you! I enjoyed talking to you way more & always felt confident in your responses. ;) It’s sad too because no matter how awesome a provider might be(and the rest of the employees), I will take business elsewhere before subjecting myself to unprofessional/rude staff since that’s who we deal with for 90% of the visit. Unfortunately, one bad apple can spoil them all. Twice it took everything I had not to cuss this woman out when she gets smart. I have to remember my age and walk away. Thank goodness I am no longer knee jerk in my reactions because she takes me to a place I’m not interested in… I like being a happy person ;) As for the provider Dr. Kim, he’s okay. All over the place sometimes and hard to understand but overall I think he tries to be very helpful & thorough. Only other thing, is they could benefit from an office makeover & someone who knows how to organize. It’s a strange office set-up…never seen anything like it and they are always fumbling around looking for people’s orders because it’s an archaic system of plastic boxes under a sheet of some sort.

The doctor is not thorough or trustworthy. He always rushes through my appointments, especially when he’s got other customers or is about to go on break. I once had to wait more than 2 hours for an appointment, and the eye exam lasted about 10 minutes. I feel that he doesn’t really care about his patients. Also, this place has horrible costumer service. The staff is all over the place, there is clearly no communication between them. I reserved a pair of glasses and came back a few days later, but they couldn’t find them again. Furthermore, I was told different things by different people about the services. I have had multiple bad experiences before. The lack of consistency is so unprofessional and the staff is rather rude. I wish I could give 0 stars. I am never coming back.

I checked in five minutes before my appointment and was greeted warmly by the staff. As soon as a staff member was available, they took me through all the steps of the exam and answered all questions I had. The staff also made polite conversation which made the exam process(which can be a bit uncomfortable sometimes) more pleasant and enjoyable. After the preliminary steps were done, Dr. Kim came in and did the eye check-up. He’s very personable and funny, but most importantly he’s thorough. He patiently examined each eye and made sure I saw very clearly the screen in front of me. Multiple times he ensured that the prescription he was applying was the best possible one for my(very bad) eyesight. After my exam, he followed up with an x-ray of the back of my eyes, all the while explaining that it would be beneficial in the future if I suspected any eye disease to bring an x-ray of my eyes from before. Throughout this whole thing, he periodically made more small talk and made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable in any way. The service throughout was very kindly and quick. I always trust my vision to this optometrist and always will! Thank you Dr. Kim!

The Dr. was very educational and the Staff was awesome. I highly recommend going to this office. Prices are very reasonable. Ordered my glasses on Monday and picked them up Friday, completed and to my expectation.

I ordered 2 pair of glasses from this place on two separate occasions. The first pair were brand new and purchased from their shop. They installed the wrong lenses and I had to go back a second time to get the correct lenses. I gave them a second chance with a pair of sunglasses. I just wanted the lenses changed to have my new prescription installed. I wanted the same lenses that I had, just with the new prescription. What I received was mirror lenses, along the lines of something you would see a cop wearing. I am not a cop and this is not the 70’s. No more chances, I just want my money back.

Great place. They understand how the insurance works. No hard sell, they let you pick out your frames without trying to sell you the most expensive. I’ve been a customer for three years…

If I could, I’d give this place 2.5 stars. I made the appointment over the phone and the recptionist was pretty knowlegable and patient with the onslaught of questions I asked her about payment, my insurance, and vitamin A(the last part was a joke). I had my appointment today and the waiting room is pretty strange. The waiting room is the same room that they fit your glasses on, and that room is pretty small. I’ts weird. Dr. Kim barely speaks(english) and is’nt very personable. He asked me where I worked(in an attempt to make small talk) as if he had practiced asking, if that makes any sense; however, I was in and out in less than half an hour. I had my eyes examined, contacts perscribed, ordered and paid for in apx. 20 mins. Oh, they had a Highlights magazine and I found every hidden object, a new personal record!

Wow, I had never ever seen this place before my fiancé’s appointment, and I went to high school less than a mile away. When we walked in, I was totally surprised by how nice the place was. The women at the front desk were very helpful. However, Dr. Kim seemed a little rushed, and kept cutting off my fiancé. It seemed like he didn’t take him seriously. He actually forgot about him at one point, since my fiancé was having his eyes dilated and the process takes about twenty minutes. Maybe it was just an off-day for him. I don’t know if we are going back, but we will definitely keep it in mind.

My eyes slowly went downhill since«eye» discovered the computer. It resulted in eye glasses: /(-O=O-)\ [me in glasses] Back when I lived in Sacramento, Kaiser never really offered me good optometry coverage. Frustrated with the impersonal eye doctors at Kaiser, I went in search for a new eye doctor– to which I found Bradshaw Optometry. Owned by a lovely and very knowledgeable couple, Dr. Kim and his wife have provided my family and I with excellent service. Always personable and never an uncomfortable situation, they are quick and accurate with eye exams. I have had both pleasant experiences with glasses and contacts. Nothing is ever rushed and the staff is always helpful. The little shop/office itself is cute. Clean, organized, and well maintained. They have a decent selection of glasses, regular contacts, and colored. Since I didn’t use my insurance, it was a bit more, but not by much since Kaiser offered me poop. It was totally worth the cost! I do miss going there, but I will never fail to mention that it would be a great EYE-dea to visit such a wonderful Dr! 8)
