So far, I’ve gone to two sessions and have noticed that the biting pain I had in my shoulders and back have decreased and my anxiety level has gone down as well. Lily seemed to really care about what she was doing and made me feel well taken care of. She addressed my issues and I will continue my sessions.

I just went to this acupuncture office for the first time and was impressed. It was a little out of the way for me to drive to the Arden location — but it was worth it — and I will return again in the future. Also, although my insurance doesn’t cover acupuncture, the office still provides discount rates to Blue Shield members — which I really appreciate. The office was clean and comfortable. The couch in front was cozy(I kinda want to take it home) and the bed was heated(i REALLY want to take it home). I saw Lilly and felt that she listened well to my symptoms(cold and flu + bad circulation) and treated me well. I felt myself leaving with more energy than when I walked in AND my feet are nice and toasty. Hooray :)

Boutique Acupuncture has two locations: East Sac and Arden. I prefer the Arden location, as the parking is easier, and the ambience is more relaxing. Check your statement of benefits from your health insurance because you might receive a discounted rate. Acupuncture has helped me with everything from allergies to a pulled groin muscle, and it’s the one thing that’s helping alleviate my sciatica and bulging disc. I’m a regular listener of Dr. Dean Edell who doesn’t believe in acupuncture, but I highly recommend trying it when nothing else has worked, and you’ll be amazed at how relaxing the experience is. I look forward to my sessions — it’s a feeling like none other.
