Aurora Duct Testing

My home failed to pass inspection due to no HERS Report. I was under a serious time crunch and needed someone out quick and could get me the paperwork fast. I looked all over craigslist and could not find a single person doing HERS Testing. I finally found Vitaly through another HVAC guy, so I gave Vitaly a call. I asked if he could come out the next day and he was busy but made sure he could do it for me. He comes over the next day and does the testing and finds some minor issues, but was able to correct them on the spot. He reruns the test and it passes with flying colors. He is able to get the paper work to me and on top of that, keeps in contact with me to make sure everything went well. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Vitaly and the job he has done. This guy goes out of his way to make your life easier and if you need someone for HERS testing, this is your MAN!!!

Having absolutely no faith in the sleazy and incompetent company (SA Heating) which installed my new unit, I decided not to use their partner company for the duct testing. He helped me register the certification on the CalCERTs website and he emailed me my certification documents in less than 24 hours. I wish more people were this reliable. My contractor could learn a few things from Vitaliy. I don’t know if I’ll ever need a HERS again, but if I do, I will be coming back.

After getting a new HVAC system installed in an old house, my HVAC guy recommended Vitaliy. He came out the following day, more than an hour’s drive away, and tested everything for a very reasonable price. He sent the test results one day later, was polite, professional, and punctual.
