Patrick was recommended to me by the Chevy dealer when I couldnt get anyone to make a key for my car. He was very hard to get ahold of and then totally flaked on me when we made an appointment. When I called to follow up he ignored all of my calls. I feel that ASAP Lock & Key was unprofessional and kind of idk, mean, the way he let me keep calling and leaving messages. If he didn’t want to do the job just tell me so I can move on. I can not give a good recommendation for this business.

Patrick saved my car and I the other day. I LOST my keys completely and did not know what the hell I was supposed to do. I googled locksmiths in the Sacramento area and magically came across ASAP locksmith. No more than 3 hours later Patrick was at my house working on a new key for me. He was done in about 30 minutes and my car started right up. 125 for a key with no code needed, or 195 if he has to code the key using his computer. My car was newer and it cost me 195, but I thought it was a pretty good deal. In the end, Patrick is very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Patrick was amazing. He worked with me to get everything taken care of with care and consideration for my situation. He was prompt and knowledgeable. After he took care of re-keying my entire car, my neighbors locked their keys in the car, hew showed up again, and unlocked their car without trouble. I would recommend Asap to anyone!

DONOTUSETHISSERVICE. I called them when I got locked out of my apartment and they quoted me the following: $ 25 service call fee + $ 35 starting fee. I asked if they could give me a price range for the actual service so I wouldn’t get slapped with a $ 100 service fee, and the guy told me on the phone — very rudely — that he couldn’t predict what they would have to do to get into my place. It ended up costing me $ 180 to get back into my apartment. I was out of work for a year and a half, and fortunately now have a job, but the job has cutbacks so I’m not earning my full salary. I can not afford $ 180 for a small mistake I made leaving my keys inside. $ 180 seems way too expensive and I am very dissatisfied with the service.
