Archival Framing/​Gallery is the best in all things — great service, beautiful and expert framing, and wonderful cutting edge art exhibits, which this gallery has been doing for years, going back to when it was the Thomas Oldham Gallery on L Street. I can’t say enough great things about the owner, D Neath. Her personal integrity, expert knowledge of fine art and framing, her generosity to friends and customers, and her commitment to giving back to the community that has helped her business thrive, not to mention intelligence, compassion, and a wicked sense of humor are all the things I have come to love and admire about this woman, both as a friend and a customer. I love going to Archival either for framing needs, 2^nd Saturday, or just to pop in and say, «Hi» when I’m in the neighborhood. Everyone there is warm and friendly, professional and courteous. I have found the cost of framing there to be more than fair, especially given all the attention paid to even the smallest detail of any job they handle. The people at Archival take great pride in their work and it shows. D and her staff are awesome! They will ALWAYS have my business, as well.

I received two large photographs from one of my favorite photographers as a wedding gift and brought them to Archival for framing. The owner was so patient with me as I went through all of my frame and matting options. There were so many to choose from! I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out and plan to go back to Archival for all of my framing needs. Not to mention, the artists that show in her gallery are incredible. Love this shop!

This place did a last-​minute framing for my Dads funeral which meant the world to me. They made a much difficult time easier for me and did it with such care and class. The quality of workmanship was Outstanding! Second Saturday’s are always Fun too.

I also am a business owner in the area and am always amazed at the lenghts that some people will go to obviously vent a bad day. I have been so pleased with the professional and quality of their work that not only is everything I have framed in my business I have also had them frame everything in my home! IF YOU do read reviews please remember this is only ONE man’s opinion and I can assure you that his bad day did not start here. I absolutely love and adore the owner and her employees. Other reviews aside, which in no way accurately or honestly reflect the customer service, the owner, or the owner’s integrity, I have had several items framed and I have purchased numerous art pieces from the owner’s Second Saturday shows. At no time have I found her to be anything other than pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. She is a local business woman who has built an incredible local business which not only provides high-​quality framing, Archival Framing is also a well-​known, established gallery wherein the owner highlights and showcases up-​and-​coming local artists as well as established artists, as well. I recommend Archival Framing to anyone wishing to have a treasure preserved in a beautiful frame or to an art collector, from novice to expert, wishing to expand one’s own collection.

I’m still enjoying all my framing that I had done 10 years ago by archival framing. I moved out of the area and have a stack of items I need to get framed and I will go no where else but archival framing. EXPERT in the business! I have had everything from a $ 3000 piece of artwork framed to a print I found for $ 3 at the thrift store. I never know which frames to choose and the owner chooses perfectly every time. The owner knows art and you can tell. They will ALWAYS have my business.

We have had all of our art framed by this shop. D, the owner, has always taken the time to work with us to select the appropriate frame for the piece. Whether it is a fantastic watercolor by Waterstreet or a certificate from my husband’s organization, the framing always highlights the art beautifully. Nikki does great work with the selected framing!
My husband has also found some great stocking stuffer jewelry.
Archival Framing and Gallery also supports local community events and local artists. I can feel good about supporting a shop and owner like this!
