Ok so what can I say about the AMPM? The gas prices at this location are the more reasonable of surrounding stations. They always seem to be the best in the area and I use an app to confirm that so that’s a star. When I roll up to this place it is usually a cluster++++ because on this side of town people lack driving skills and licenses for that matter im sure. The lot is always littered with trash! The appearance of the store is to match. Could use a fresh coat of paint for sure. There is usually some homeless people hanging out in the area as well which always ask for something. The inside is nothing to brag about. They carry your usual arco items and snacks are comparable to any other convenient store/​station. For the most part when I go the staff is pretty friendly. I really appreciate that in a gas station located in the ghetto. Only a few times have I had below-​par service. The thing that irritates me about this place is when I go in the late evening they always have the doors locked so you are forced to have a clerk make your selections. I stopped going in altogether for these reasons. I would not really suggest going to this place after hours because of the shady people in the area. Always lock your vehicle when you go inside too. Better to be safe than sorry. Overall I would give this place no more than two stores for having decent priced gas. «Don’t go to Arco after Darko!»
