Searching for an alarm company, and was having a difficult time getting straight answers from installers/​companies I contacted. A friend recommended American Alarm.
Got a super great deal, got me a system that is very affordable, even though I don’t have a landline telephone.
Got the install as quickly as I wanted it, and the installer was friendly and professional. Install looks great, and better yet, works great.
I had been contemplating a burglar alarm for quite some time. I can’t express how much safer I feel in my own home, especially with the burglaries and attempted burglaries that have occurred in my neighborhood recently.
Professional. Quick. Competitive pricing. Can’t ask for more than that.

If you need a home securty system this is the place to go. They have the best deals and the equipment is top notch. The technicians are what make this company so good tho. They’re off the heezy fo sheezy

Sales is somewhat harrasing. They will not stop calling or coming by until after you’ve purchased. Then after you do, they disappear and they can’t be contacted in any way. I left messages and even called the sales person’s phone direct. The first time he answered but after that, I can no longer can get through.
The installer did arrive on the day of installation on time as scheduled but he made such a mess during the installation. All the fragments where he drilled were left on the floor and he didn’t bother to clean anything up. The alarm wires were dangled every which way in the attic. I even asked him to clean them up but he didn’t. He was also supposed to bring the sign and stickers but knew nothing about them. I guess the important thing is that everything works!
I’m sure all these alarm contractors are pretty much the same so be sure you feel comfortable with who you deal with and get what you expect.
