I have tried many times to adjust the address on this listing without success. I have not had my practice in the above listed address for 5 years. Adena has saved my life more times than I can count through her massage skills!
I’ve sent people to her that have had a strain or a crick in their shoulder/​neck and have seen other massage therapists – Aden was able to resolve their issues after only one session.
She specializes in deep tissue massage and she is a master of it. This is no massage like you get at a spa where they say deep tissue and all that means is they press a little harder. Nope, with Adena she is constantly studying musculature, etc. and she knows where to work to get the knots out. If you have a tough area you may be sore the next day, but your mobility will be increased and you immediately feel more flexible.
She spends A LOT of time assessing your issues both when you’re a new client and when you’re seeing her for each appointment. She’ll ask questions about headaches, stress level, etc. Sometimes she won’t work the area that’s hurting directly – she knows to spend more time on the muscles surrounding that area to resolve the pain/​discomfort.
I seriously cannot recommend her highly enough. I have been a client for over 10 years. Incredible!
