I want to congratulate the Pacific Workplace staff for having accommodated our whole day meeting yesterday, creatively and effectively. We showed up with a larger group of people than expected, when all other meeting rooms were booked, yet the staff pulled it off. Our meeting worked out beautifully. Thank you to Claudia and her wonderful, resourceful, staff!

What an awesome place to work virtually! I have utilized their conference room and day offices on several occasions. After calling in and having them set me up in their system for my first reservation, I was able to make my own reservations online for my future reservations. Being able to make my own reservations is convenient and very important to me because it allows me to make reservations after business hours as well! They offer really competitive hourly and day rates on their conference rooms & day offices.
They have all the technology that you need including, printing, scanning and faxing. Makes working virtually very convenient. When you have guests meeting you there at the office, they have an awesome and professional reception staff that will greet your clients. They will even ring the office you’re in to let you know your guest has arrived. It really provides your clients with the illusion that you have an office space there on site.
Once I start doing more business in Sacramento, I’ll definitely start looking into picking up one of their virtual office plans which includes phone service with a live receptionist, use of their business address and even conference room hours! They also have virtual office plans as simple as just a business address. I really don’t understand why some folks use a PO Box as their business address, when they can have a prestigious business address at a really affordable cost!
Not only do they offer virtual office plans, but they also rent out office space here! They do it all! I have met a lot of different professionals here who rent an office space on site. Most of them used to work from home offices and have said their experience here has been so much better than working from home. It think everyone really appreciates the professional atmosphere that they offer!
The friendly and personable staff here is what I really love. They provide such great customer service and they’re very knowledgeable about what they do. Every time I am unable to print from my laptop or need assistance with simple admin work, they’re always there to help! I’m so glad to have found such an awesome place to work virtually whenever I am in town.
