Travel Galore

We just returned from a trip to Cancun. Starting from the day of the booking to the end of the trip, it was seamless. Due to our busy schedules, Louine Kolb, the travel agent, made herself available to us at a time which was convenient for us to discuss our travel options. Prior to the meeting, Louine sent us a list of her travel recommendations. Of course, we followed her recommendations and booked the trip to Cancun staying at the Riu Cancun. The hotel was lovely, the staff was courteous, and the grounds were pristine. When we arrived, we were not happy with the view from our room and the very next morning we were accommodated with another room with an outstanding view. Louine does her «homework» and her customers benefit from the work that she does. This the the 5^th trip we have booked with Louine so that speaks for itself. Thank you Louine for another wonderful trip !
