Super Cleaners

BEWARE!!! Worst place/​customer service ever! I dropped off my dry cleaning on a Monday at 7am. The woman told me it would be ready after 5pm on Tuesday. I show up Tuesday, at 6pm, same woman told me that it wasn’t going to be ready until Wednesday. It’s because I look over and my clothes are still sitting on the counter!!! She proceeds to tell me my clothes were just put in the system that morning. She looks over at my clothes on the counter and just shrugs. Then, when I proceed to pick them up on Wednesday, again the same woman helping me and remembered me, offered NO apology, or discount or any kind of acknowledgement of anything! (Mind you, the older Asian lady (assuming she’s an owner) all of a sudden acts as if she doesn’t understand English!) Save yourself some time and better business/​customer service and head down the street to their competitor. I did. AND, they were super pleasant and will do same day return.

I don’t care what anyone says about rating a dry cleaning facility; when they can successfully dry clean a TAUNTAUN SLEEPING BAG and then get it folded perfectly — when the manufacturer didn’t even ship it folded — that’s stellar service.
I’ve been getting my cleaning done here for years but am prompted to review now, as I can now definitively say that there simply is no soiling they can’t expunge and no item so bizarre that they won’t find a way to gently depurate it and return to you as good as new.
