While I was shopping, I smelled something delicious so I followed my nose and ended up here! That’s how they get you. ;) I think hot chocolate is a must when you are in Tahoe. I ordered the peppermint hot chocolate and it was heavenly. The line can get long because of how many people the place attracts with its amazing smell, but the staff seemed to be able to handle it.

Eh. Wasn’t bad, wasn’t great. I love doughy, warm cookies and these were not either. The place didn’t look very clean. Service was good though

So my cookie was really good, I think all the cookies we bought were really good. How can anything you get from this place not be really really good. Just writing this review makes me want to get up and bake some cookies. But then again they will not be as good as the cookies that this place has to offer. Can you say YUMMY! I can

This place is so disgustingly dirty. Bathroom was gross. Trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. Cookies weren’t even very good. And the three people working there were more interested in their phones than doing their jobs. So bad…

Really really yummy, too expensive though. More for the tourists

Dirty place. The only reason they are still open is because of their location and the smell of fresh cookies being baked which brings people in. My white chocolate cookie was just a greasy mush.

Crunchy nasty cookies that taste like they’ve been sitting out for days. Don’t waste your money, would have been better off getting a roll of cookie dough from the grocery store and baking them myself.

I wasn’t very impressed with the service or the products here. We got softer, more moist cookies from the Raley’s. We wanted to get our kids some warm cookies to eat. The cookies were dry and room temperature. A group of jerks took chairs from several tables to put all their crap and ski gear. When I asked for a chair I got the«we’re using them» answer. When I asked the staff for additional seats or accommodations I was told it was«first come, first serve». Not a great way to get continued business. And while one could argue that a place like this would be a good place to sit and warm up, the people with 10, yes 10 chairs bought 2 cookies and a hot chocolate. If I had known when I walked in there would have been no room for our family I would have just left without buying anything.

Came to get a brownie at 8:45pm and it was already locked. The guy behind the counter wouldn’t open the door. Website says they’re open til 9pm. What gives? Boo! No brownie points for you!!!

This is solely based on the fact that my wife was craving chocolate. Since we’re at the Marriott it was the closest place to fulfill that craving and as we stepped to the door 8:38pm…it was locked. To make matters worse the clerk was busy helping his friends and didn’t bother to even ask what we wanted(a simple chocolate chip cookie). No service=Terrible service

This place does the big time Nestle brand justice. I had the Turtle Brownie and a Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie and both were amazing — highly recommend trying those two. The turtle brownie was super chocolatey, fudge center, and crispy exterior topped with caramel and nuts. The chocolate chip cookie was thin, crispy, and yummy. Prices are a bit expensive, but worth it.

OMG, you just have to be near this place and the smell of hot chocolate chip cookies just flows out of here and right into your nose! How do they work here? LOL Can you tell that I have a chocolate chip cookie craving. Well, if you’re like me and sometimes you just need a hot chocolate chip cookie, this is the place for you! It’s not like you baked it from scratch, but good enough. Enjoy and if you are on a diet or trying to cut back on sweets, avoid this area because you will smell it as you walk by.

The cookies were just MEH, and that it being generous. I ordered the Chocolate Chip Cup, Sugar Cookie w/sprinkles, Peanut Butter w/choc chips and a Snickerdoodle. All of the cookies tasted at least 2 days, maybe even more, old. The cookies themselves were super thin and a little on the hard side, not warm and soft like one would hope or expect. The Peanut Butter Choc Chip was a let down. I was thinking it was a peanut butter cookie with choc chips mixed in the batter, much like a chocolate chip cookie… but nope, it was a regular peanut butter cookie with 4 choc chips plunked on the top. The cookies overall were really forgettable and I could have bought better ones out of a package at a local grocery store. Not satisfied with the cookie, I decided to foolishly purchase a Butterfinger Mocha. What a let down, this thing is false advertisement… it tasted NOTHING like Butterfinger!!! Even the Butterfinger on top did not taste like it, it tasted stale. This drink was very strong/bitter and not sweet like I thought it would be. I am a coffee person, but this was too much. Overall, I did not enjoy my experience here. The prices are really high for below mediocre cookie and drinks and the service is not really that great, they kept rushing me to make a decision… there was nobody else behind me, so why do I have to hurry??? Don’t think I would return, not that they will notice with all the tourism $$$ day in and out that were like me and didn’t know better

Wa waa waaaa! Expensive but I didn’t care, I wanted the experience. Around 5.60 plus tax for an ice cream sandwich. Pick any two cookies and ur choice of a very limited selection of ice cream. This place is completely family owned, so it’s their rules… Haha, had to throw that in there! We also purchased a brownie that was so good!!! It was about 4 bucks, wish it was a little bigger for the price and because it tasted so good I wanted more! The staff didn’t offer to warm up the cookies, and I didn’t remember to ask… So so so bummed about this!!! I feel like my whole experience went out the door because of this minor detail… Which obviously isn’t minor to me! I’m still mad about it I guess! Lol The cookies them selves didn’t seem so fresh and soft… MAYBEBECAUSETHEYWERNTWARMEDUP!!! Aggggggh. I must let it go!!! Just like the $ 24 of mine that was spent here!

Ah, this place is just orgasmic. I come here everytime I visit Tahoe. This time I shared a Cookie Sundae with my mom, which was more than enough for the two of us. The Cookie Sundae comes with two scoops of ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, a cookie and your choice of toppings. We opted for mint chocolate chip and vanilla with a chocolate chip cookie and sprinkles on top. Now, my mom and I consider ourselves hefty eaters, but even this dynamic duo could not conquer this sundae. Perhaps it was because we just scarfed down a pizza, but we could only eat half the sundae before we admitted defeat. Overall, I highly reccomend coming here for an after dinner treat.

I enjoyed the ice cream sandwiches they make. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie with rocky road ice cream. It was very delicious. The only downside was that they ran out of most of the popular cookies at around 8pm I guess they slow down their baking before closing at 9p. But at least have a few of each kind for the late night customers. So –1 star. For the people rating this place low due to pricing, they don’t understand that this is located at a commercial vacation area in Lake Tahoe. So expect the pricing to be higher than what you expect. If you want cheaper ice cream sandwiches then go to a local shop back home.

I don’t know why you’d buy cookies here! The best thing is an ice cream sandwich! You choose the cookies and ice-cream. I got 2 chocolate chip cookies combined with some cookie dough ice cream. My wife got one chocolate chip, one sprinkled sugar cookie and mint-chip ice cream. SORIDICULOUS! The price was right. I never thought I’d say this, but it has gotta be hard for nearby Coldstone to stay afloat with this place! Love it.

Decent cookies. Always ask to heat em up for you! Get one free after buying 5! Got the rainbow chip, white choc macadamia, triple choco, English toffee, oatmeal, and choc chip with nuts… but in the end they all taste like sugar and butter. Mmm.

I am a huge fan of soft and chewy cookies. I don’t like when they are too hard or too soft that they fall apart. This is my second time coming to this place and I love the cookie. They are usually freshly baked. You can tell b/c of the taste of the cookies and the limited number of cookies on display. I decided to order the peanut butter cookie and snickerdoodle cookie. I was happy I chose these two b/c they were delicious! They were soft and chewy, and not too sweet. Definitely wanted more. The price was slightly expensive for a cookie, but that’s okay since I am a tourist. Until next time, Nestle! The same cannot be said about our drink. My boyfriend ordered the peppermint hot cocoa and it wasn’t good. I could not taste the peppermint. Its probably b/c they used a peppermint syrup instead of the real deal. I’d rather order my peppermint hot chocolate at Starbucks. I would rate this drink 1⁄5.

Young families run on caffeine and sugar, and ours made the mandatory refueling stop for cookies after a day filled with swimming, bungee cord trampoline jumping, and other activities in Heavenly Village in South Lake Tahoe. We picked up an assortment of cookies — sugar cookie with sprinkles and chocolate chip for my 4-year-old, oatmeal and M&M cookies for my 1-year old(she carefully picks the M&M’s off and eats them!), peanut butter chocolate chip for my wife and walnut cookie for me. Besides the cookies, which were delicious, I liked a few other things about the store — attentive and friendly employees, interesting touches like a shelf with all the ingredients that go into cookie-making, and the warm and inviting décor. We will be back for sure!
