Love this place! I never had fancy running shoes. I also have bad knees. Since I was finished with physical therapy(after being taken out of commission after a bad case of bursitis), I wanted to get back into running again. First thing the guy there did the first time I came was have me go on their treadmill. They record you for about thirty seconds or so to see how you run. I discovered I landed on my toes, and I didn’t need a shoe with extra cushioning because I landed normally. From there, he showed me all the shoes that would be best for the way I ran. I ended up sticking with the shoes I wore for the treadmill, and they are SO comfy that I just came back today, about four months later, to get a second pair. I know they’re running shoes, but I’m going to wear my old pair on days where I do errands, and the new pair for running. The prices are a bit high, but I would rather pay $ 100 for a pair of shoes that do not bother my knees, as opposed to buying a pair of cheaper shoes that hurt my feet and knees.
