I can’t say enough about my experience at Royal Jewels in Rye. I was shopping around for an engagement ring and couldn’t be happier. The amount of care at Royal can’t be matched. There is a level of care there that I don’t think you will find anywhere else. They are fully invested in the whole experience and I brought my fiancé back to meet everyone who helped us. Everyone at Royal was fully invested in making the whole experience great.

Outstanding. Reasonably priced and great service. They were able to accommodate custom line art for engraving inside our wedding rings. If you have an idea of what you want, they’ll help make that happen. If you don’t have an idea, they have deep experience and great advice.

I cannot rave enough about how deeply touching my experience has been with Royal Jewels of Rye. My fiancé had a vision of exactly what he wanted my engagement ring to look like, and no other jeweler he went to showed personal interest in helping him achieve that vision. At Royal Jewels, personal interest is exactly what you get. Run by a mom and pop and their deeply devoted son, all three of them worked very closely with my fiancé to custom design the most beautiful ring imaginable. I receive endless compliments about this ring. Furthermore, they really care. When I returned to get my ring resized, they celebrated with me, remembering all the details of my proposal story and other personal anecdotes my fiancé had shared with them. They resized the ring free of charge as a wedding gift. I have never had such a genuine relationship with a jeweler before. They take such care in their work, and they really get to know their clients. I will never get jewelry anywhere else again. It means so much to me to share my engagement experience with John, Anoush, and Michael of Royal Jewels of Rye. After everything they did for me and my fiancé, they feel like family. For the past eight years I had been wanting to have a pendent made using my Mom’s diamond and Dad’s wedding band. As they are both sentimental to me I needed a jeweler I could trust and who could suggest some unique options. I found both at Royal Jewelers of Rye. John spent considerable time with me to ensure he knew exactly what I was looking for and worked his magic creating the perfect design at a very reasonable price. I went to Royal Jewels of Rye to have my daughter’s ears pierced. They are so lovely and friendly. They have a good choice of starter earrings which my daughter loved. It was extremely professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend it.
