We stayed here for a weekend. The place is bang opposite the beach, with nearly all the rooms having a view. The rates were very reasonable and the people who checked us in seem nice. Its probably the best location in Rye beach.
The rooms are sized ok but its looks like a place from the 70s. Overall a good experience. Free Wifi.
