Nearly blinded me. I was given a pair of glasses with the glass lenses when we asked and paid for plastic. They did not inform us of this mistake. We discovered it when someone accidentally threw something at me and when it hit my glasses they shattered and the glass got stuck in my eye; luckily my dad is a doctor and was able to remove it before it any damage was caused. I have never and will never step foot in their office ever again. Would definitely recommend staying as far away from them as humanely possible. (Also very overpriced and clearly not worth it)

My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised by the service we got here! We switched jobs and got new insurance, and after finding out today that Lenscrafters no longer took our new vision plan, we scheduled a same day appointment here with no problems whatsoever. We found everyone kind and accommodating, and although Unilocal lists this place as $$$ ‘pricey’ — we got the same exact Ray Ban frames and lens prescription for $ 50 less than we paid at Lenscrafters last year! More importantly, I felt that the staff tried their best to maximize our insurance and priced everything out for us with no hidden agenda, which is more than I can say for Lenscrafters. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

This is the best eye doctor I have ever been to.
I saw Dr. Fertig and he was so patient, kind, informative. After prescribing my contacts, I had some issues and he and his office were so kind to help me with testing other brands. I also purchased glasses and the team was helpful in finding me the right pair — I appreciate honest feedback about «how they look» — thanks!
I definitly reccommend this eye doctor.
I have since moved away, and do miss having a reliable eye doctor!

We visited the store a couple of weeks ago and were impressed by the customer service we received. Nancy was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and the advice she gave was spot on. The glasses turned out great and wife is extremely happy with it. We highly recommend this store and will certainly go back for any new glasses we may need in the future.

My experience with this practice has been excellent. All the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help me. The glasses/​fitting staff were very professional and took their time with me. Dr. Fertig was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He ensured that my needs were met even though that meant coming back a few times to get the right prescription. He along with Dr. Kramer helped solve a problem I have been having for some time. I highly recommend this office. Thanks!

I usually don’t write reviews on Unilocal,but I had to note just how outstanding my entire experience was with them. I am very picky with my frames, but I immediately found a few pairs of glasses that I liked right off the bat. Not only do they have stylish frames, the people that work there are so knowledgeable and kind. I left with a brand new pair of frames that I absolutely love! Definitely recommend this place to others!

I have been very happy with the services at Copeland, Fertig & Kramer. I have worn contact lenses for many years, and had mentioned a problem with over-​rotation in my right eye to 5 doctors in 5 states and nobody was every able to solve the problem. On my first visit with Dr. Fertig, he made a minor adjustment and I have had no problem with over-​rotation since. He is very thorough and inspires confidence. He is great at explaining what he is doing and what my contacts and glasses options are. Highly professional!
