For such a small store, this place really has a wide and varied selection. The folks who work there are friendly, helpful, and usually very knowledgeable about the products they stock. I have numerous food allergies, and having this place in Ruston is a God-​send. They have lots of packaged products that are allergen-​free, but they also stock lots of natural and organic products. They have freezer cases and two additional freezers that are packed with dairy, non-​dairy, some produce, and frozen meats and vegetables. In the front of the store they have a small display of seasonal, organic fruit and vegetables. They also sell organic and natural cosmetics, toiletries, household cleaners, vitamins and supplements, and natural and organic juices, sodas, and other soft drinks. If you’re looking for a product that is out of stock, or if you’d like them to order more specifically for you, they are happy to take your order and call you to pick it up when it arrives.

My absolute favorite place in Ruston.
This is Whole Foods meets Gardner’s Market meets Trader Joes.
Just what I like: cool new products to try out and healthy to boot. This place has all natural beauty products, a good selection too. Then you get to the food and they have everything you could ask for: soy products, alternative milks (almond, soy, coconut), excellent spice selection, international ethnic products, and then other fun stuff to check out like all natural sodas, snacks, etc.
It’s pretty organized too, the staff is very helpful, and best of all they have a small organic locally grown fruit section in the front.
