This business is stellar! They have ample parking. As I entered the store I was happily greeted. Michael, the store owner, took his time in explaining the pros and cons of the different mattresses that interested me. He encouraged me to lie on each of them and take my time to decide. He was both professional and personable. His wife even looked up the bed I purchased online to help determine if I needed a box spring or not. These people care about their customers and it shows. Though I didn’t purchase the mattress on that visit, I was so impressed with how they made me feel that I went right back a couple hours later and purchased the mattress! They welcomed me back with open arms! I hope to purchase a washer/​dryer tomorrow and an adjustable bed for hubby and me in the very near future. In a world where customer service appears to be dead, this company understands how to make the customer feel like they truly matter. I love the service that this intimate company offers. I will tell everyone about Bestway! Thank you so much for making me feel at home in my new town.

The facilities were clean and very presentable. I love the way they had everything arranged. The agent greeted us right away and was very attentive to our needs all the way down to measuring the items for us. When we went back we dealt with the owner himself and had a great conversation with him in the midst of conducting our business. I actually felt like were dealing with a company that was owned and operated by ppl that treat their customers like family. We will definitely go back there soon.. They have this sectional there that is to die for!
