If I could give this business no stars, then I would. I work for a hotel in town. Today my car battery died and I had to be at work at 3 o’clock. I called A&A at 12:30pm to request a pickup at 2:30pm, giving myself plenty of extra time to be on time. 2:30pm came and went and still no car. I called at 2:40pm and was told they had just dropped someone off and were only just then heading my way. 10 minutes after they had agreed to pick me up and they were only then leaving to do so!!! Ridiculous. The car didn’t get to my apartment until 2:50pm. The inside of the vehicle smelled terrible. They didn’t even know where my destination was! They ended up turning down a wrong street and I had to correct them! I ended up being 5 minutes late to work. Thankfully my boss is an understanding person and there was no issue. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I WILL NOT be using them again, nor will I be recommending their service to any of our customers at the hotel.
