Went there today and staff was very rude, they cut me off when I was trying to order, didn’t even let me finish and gave me my total. Then I get to the window and gave them money and didn’t get change or receipt back. The girl taking the money and orders is rude and then I find a fly in my food. Never go there again. Fucking disgusting…

Dirtiest KFC I have ever seen. Food on floor behind the register, on the prep table, floor filthy where they put the orders together. And very very slow. The girl kept disappearing on the other side of the prep table. Made me wonder what she was doing with my food. Then handed my order to me with the lids not tight and sad «here you go». No thank you or sorry about the wait. Go get chicken from Publix instead.

So far it’s been a friendly location I’ve never had a problem with an order and the people that work here genuinely seem to want to be here. My food is always hot and fresh and it tastes just like it supposed to. The outside area probably could use a little bit of sprucing up in the parking lot but other than that the building is kept clean.

Worst costumer service ever. They were supposed to send me some coupons since dec 2014 and I’m still waiting I had called them 3 times already I even spoke with a supervisor and nothing yet.

Terrible management here. Food all over the floor, tables were not clean, service was slow. I had the Buffett and it was almost impossible to get their attention to get a clean plate. This is not the first bad experience here. I would say if you are hungry… keep driving to the next restaurant.

This KFC has a buffet, chicken is put out hot as needed. The workers are nice, they wear gloves. The dining area is clean, we went at lunch and the tables were wiped. It was very busy, this kept the chicken and the sides hot.
The buffet is $ 7.49, drink included. Plenty of parking. It’s off exit 240, off I 75.
