Schaeffer’s is a nice market /convenient store in the Ruffsdale area… it’s nice to have something out this way, because there’s not much without going to New Stanton or Mt. Pleasant. Schaeffer’s provides the typical lottery, smokes, drinks, bread, milk, etc. They also have a deli and carry hot food… perfect for an on-the-go lunch. They also deliver, but only up to three miles I believe. Cons: Only one, parking lot is horrendous Fun Fact: I think it’s cool that Schaeffer’s has a scene in the 2014 independent film«1÷1», written and directed by Ruffsdale native Jeremy Phillips(who now lives in Los Angeles). The movie is filmed mainly in the Mt. Pleasant area, so lots of cool locations if you’re familiar with the area like I am.
